Claims (13)
- 수불용성 첨가제를 고성능 분산 유니트에 의해 셀룰로오즈 에테르 수용액에 분산시킴을 특징으로 하여, 인조 광물섬유로 구성되는 단열재용 수불용성 첨가제의 수성 유제를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 하이드록시 에틸 셀룰로오즈, 메틸 하이드록시-및/또는 나트륨 카복시 메틸 셀룰오즈를 셀룰로오즈 에테르서 사용할 수 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 에테르함량이 수불용성 첨가제에 대해 0.1 내지 2.5%의 양임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 에테르 함량이 수불용성 첨가제에 대해 0.2 내지 1%의 양임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분말 결합제 및/또는 방수가공제를 수불용성 첨가제로서 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 광유 및 실리콘의 혼합물을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 수불용성첨가제를 고성능 분산 유니트에의 해셀룰로오즈 에테르 수용액에 분산시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는, 인조 광물섬유로 구성된 단열재용 수-불용성 첨가제의 수성유제.
- 제7항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 에테르가 하이드록시 에틸 셀룰로오즈 메틸하이드록시 에틸 셀룰로오즈 및/또는 나트륨 카복시 메틸 셀룰로오즈임을 특징으로 하는 유제.
- 제7 또는 8항에 있어서, 셀룰로오즈 에테르함량이 수불용성 첨가제에 대해 0.1 내지 2.5중량%이고, 바람직하게는 0.2 내지 1중량%임을 특징으로 하는 유제.
- 제7 내지 9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수불용성 첨가제가 분말결합제 및/또는 방수가공제임을 특징으로 하는 유제.
- 제10항에 있어서, 분말 결합제가 광유인 한편 방수가공제는 실리콘임을 특징으로 하는 유제.
- 인조 광물섬유를 함침(윤활)시키는 위한 제7항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 수성유제의 용도.
- 제12항에 따른 용도에 의해 함침된 인조광물섬유로 구성된 단열제.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
