Claims (6)
- 다이로부터 폴리페닐린 술파이드를 쉬트형상으로 용융 성형시키고, 이렇게 수득한 쉬트형상을 접착액이 도포된 냉각 드럼상에서 정전고정법으로 쉬트형상을 냉각드럼 표면과 밀접하게 접촉시키면서 주조하는 것을 포함하는 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 필름의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 필름 중심 부위에 대한 모서리의 두께비율이 2.0 이상이고, 또 냉각드럼의 표면온도가 79-40℃ 및 Tg-10℃ 사이인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 중의 P-페닐린 술파이드 반복 단위체의 함량이 80몰% 이상 내지 90몰% 이하인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 300℃에서 용응 상태에 있는 폴리페닐렌 술파이드의 비저항이 1x109Ω·cm 미만인 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 접착액을 상온에서, 비점이 150 내지 220℃이고 또 표면장력 이 50dyn/cm 미만인 알코올 :이 알코올을 음이온성, 양이온성 또는 양쪽성 계면활성제, 상온에서 비점이 150 내지 220℃이고 또 표면장력이 50dyn/cm 미만인 지방족, 방향족, 지방족 고리탄화수소 ; 이들의 할로겐 치환된 화합물 : 카르복시산 에스테르 ; 에테르 ; 케톤 ; 니트릴 화합물 또는 아민과 혼합한 혼합물로부터 선정하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리페닐렌 술파이드 중에서 NaCl 함량이 0.5중량% 미만인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
