Claims (10)
- (디클로로메틸) 피리딘 화합물을 형성시킬 수 있는 조건하에서, 상전이촉매, 쌍극성 비양성자성 용매, 및 그의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 촉진제, 및 강염기의 존재하에, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 할로피리딘을 클로로포름과 접촉시킨 후, (디클로로메틸) 피리딘 화합물을 회수함을 특징으로 하는 일반식(Ⅰ)의 (디클로로메틸) 피리딘 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서,Y3및 Y5는 각기 독립적으로 H, F, C1, Br, CF3, CHF2, NO2, CN, SO2R 또는 SOR이고,Y4및 Y6는 각기 독립적으로 H, F, C1, Br, CF3, CHF2, CHCL2, 또는 CN이며,R은 C1내지 C4알킬이고, Y2,Y3,Y4,Y5, 및 Y6중의 두개 이하는 H이며, 일반식(Ⅰ)에서 Y2,Y4, 및 Y6중의 적어도 하나는 CHC12이고 또한 일반식(Ⅱ)에서 Y2,Y4, 및 Y6중의 적어도 하나는 F,C1 또는 Br이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, Y2,Y3,Y4,Y5, 및 Y6가 각기 독립적으로 H, F, C1, Br, CF3, 또는 CN임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로피리딘의 Y2,Y4, 및 Y6중의 단지 하나만이 F, C1, 또는 Br임을 특징으로 하는방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된(디클로로메틸)-피리딘 화합물이 3,6-디클로로-2-(디클로로메틸)-피리딘임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된(디클로로메틸)-피리딘 화합물이 3,5,6-트리클로로-2-(디클로로메틸)-피리딘임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제조된(디클로로메틸)-피리딘 화합물이 3-클로로-5-(트리플루오로메틸)-2-(디클로로메틸) 피리딘임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 강염기가 수성 수산화나트륨 또는 수성 수산화칼륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉진제가 쌍극성 비양성자성 용매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 쌍극성 비양성자성 용매가 N-메틸 피롬리돈, 디메틸포름아미드 또는 디메틸 설폭사이드임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
