Claims (1)
- 구조식 Ⅰ화합물(R1이 수소일때) 또는 구조식 IA화합물(R3가 수소일때)을 제조하기 위해서 R1또는 R3가 수소인 2-R3NH-3-R1NH-5-PY-6-Q-피리딘을 트리-(저급 알킬)오르토(저급-알카노에이트)와 반응시키고, 필요하다면, 얻어진 유리염기를 그의 산부가염으로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하는 하기 구조식Ⅰ 또는 IA를 갖는 이미다조 피리딘의 제조방법.상기식에서, Q와 R2는 각각 수소 또는 저급-알킬이며, R1과 R3는 수소, 저급-알킬, 저급-히드록시 알킬, 2,3-디하이드록시프로필, 저급-알콕시알킬 또는 Y-NB(여기서 Y는 연결고리이 적어도 2개의 탄소원자를 갖는 저급-알킬렌이며 NB는 디-(저급알킬)아미노 또는 4-모르폴리닐 임)이며 PY는 한두개의 저급-알킬 치환체를 갖는 4-혹은 3-피리디닐 또는 4-혹은 3-피리디닐 또는 그의 산부가염이다※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
