Claims (8)
- 마찰 충전제를 포름알데히드 대 페놀의 몰비가 1.1:1-3.5:1이고 중량평균 분자량이 300-4000이며 PH가 10 이상인 액체 알카리성 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 5-30중량%과 섞고, 같거나 상이한 마찰 충전제의 이차 부분을 페놀-포름알데히드 수지를 위한 액체 에스테르 경화제와 섞은 후, 이 두 부분을 함께 균질하게 섞은 다음 이 생성 혼합물을 주형내에서 경화시키는 것으로 구성되는 성형 마찰 부품의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마찰 충전제가 식면, 구리분말, 철울, 철 분말, 중정석이나 그 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지가 600-1700범위의 분자량(MW)을 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 수지가 1:1-3.5:1 범위의 포름알데히드 대 페놀의 비를 갖는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페놀-포름알데히드 수지에 사용된 알카리의 최소한 많은 부분이 수산화 칼륨인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 액체 에스테르 경화제가 C1-C10 알킬 모노나 폴리히드록시 알코올과 반응된 C1-C10 지방산으로부터 유도된 에스테르인 방법.
- 다량 부분의 마찰 충전제나 마찰 충전제의 혼합물, 포름알데히드 대 페놀의 몰비가 1:1-3.5:1이고 중량 평균 분자량이 300-4000이며 PH가 10 이상인 액체 알카리성 페놀-포름알데히드 수지 5-30중량% 및 그에 대한 촉매로서 수지의 중량을 기준으로 10-110중량%의 에스테르로 이루어진 브레이크 라이닝, 페드 및 클러치 페이싱의 제조에 적절한 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 성형 마찰 부품.※참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
