제2도는 제1도에 도시한 마이크로 컴퓨터의 전체적인 구성의 예를 도시한 블럭도.
제3도는 제2도에 도시한 마이크로 컴퓨터에서 데이터의 흐름을 착안하여 표시한 블럭도.

Claims (3)

  1. 전기적으로 라이트 가능한 ROM을 갖춘 마이크로 컴퓨터로서 프로그램과 데이터의 양쪽에 라이트 가능하게 된 전기적으로 라이트 가능한 ROM과 그 ROM에 라이트를 행하기 위한 라이트 제어프로그램을 격납한 기억 장치와를 갖춘 것과 동시에 상기 ROM과 상기 기억장치 중앙처리장치의 어드레스 공간위에서 서로 다른 어드레스 위치에 배치시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로 컴퓨터.
  2. 상기 라이트 제어프로그램을 격납하는 기억장치가 마스크 ROM인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항에 기재된 마이크로 컴퓨터.
  3. 상기 라이트 제어프로그램을 격납하는 기억장치가 RAM인 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 또는 제2항 기재중의 어느 하나에 기재된 마이크로 컴퓨터.
