Claims (35)

  1. 폴리올레핀수지와 무기충전제를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 제조된 필름을 적어도 1축방향으로 연신해서 얻어진 통기성을 가진 다공성 필름으로서, 그 표면에 요철모양을 가지고 있는 폴리올레핀다공성필름.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기충전제의 평균입자직경이 30㎛이하인 폴리올레핀다공성필름.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기충전제가 폴리올레핀수지 100중량부당 50∼500중량부인 폴리올레핀다공성필름.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 요철모양의 볼록부최고부를 기준으로 한 오목부최저부까지의 깊이가 2㎛이상인 폴리올레핀다공성필름.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 투습도가 500g/㎡·24hrs 이상인 폴리올레핀다공성필름.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지와 무기충전제를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 필름을 제조하고, 이 필름의 표면에 요철모양을 형성하여, 이어서 이와 같이해서 얻어진 요철모양을 가진 필름을 적어도 1축방향으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 한 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 면적연신배율이 1.05∼50배인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 면적연신배율이 1.1∼20배인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 무기충전제가 폴리올레핀수지 100중량부당 50∼500중량부인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  10. 제6항에 있어서, 요철모양의 볼록부최고부를 기준으로 한 오목부최저부까지의 깊이가 2㎛이상인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 투습도가 500g/㎡·24hrs 이상인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  12. 제6항에 있어서, 무기충전제의 평균입자직경이 30㎛ 이하인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  13. 제6항에 있어서, 무기충전제의 평균입자직경이 0.5∼0.5㎛인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  14. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지가 폴리프로필렌 저밀도폴리에틸렌 선형상저밀도 폴리에틸렌 고밀도폴리에틸렌 폴리부틸렌 등의 호모중합체, 에틸렌-프로필렌공중합체, 에틸렌-비닐아세테이트공중합체 등의 공중합체 혹은, 이들의 혼합물인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  15. 제6항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지가 저밀도폴리에틸렌, 선형상저밀도폴리에틸렌 고밀도폴리에틸렌 또는 이들의 혼합물인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  16. 제6항에 있어서, 무기충전제가 탄산칼슘, 활석, 클레이, 카올리인, 실리카, 규조토, 탄산마그네슘, 탄산바륨, 황산마그네슘, 황산바륨, 황산칼슘, 수산화알루미늄, 수산화마그네슘, 산화칼슘, 산화마그네슘, 산화아연, 산화티탄, 알루미나, 마이카, 석면가루, 유리가루, 실라스발투운, 제올라이트, 규산벡토, 또는 이들의 혼합물인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  17. 제6항에 있어서, 무기충전제가 탄산칼슘 및/또는 황산바륨인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지와 무기충전제를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 제조된 필름을 적어도 1축방향으로 연신하고, 가열엠보스로울에 의하여 상기 연신된 필름상에 요철모양을 형성하는 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 면적연신비율이 4∼50배인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  20. 제19항에 있어서, 면적연신비율이 4∼25배인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  21. 제18항에 있어서, 가열엠보스로울에 의하여 요철부양을 형성시키면서, 동시에 연신필름을 수축하는 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 면적을 기준으로 한 수축율이 5∼50%인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  23. 제21항에 있어서, 엠보스로울의 온도가 [Tm-40℃]-[Tm 20]℃(Tm은 필름의 용융온도)인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  24. 제18항에 있어서, 요철모양의 볼록부최고부를 기준으로 한 오목부최저부의 깊이가 2㎛∼3mm인 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  25. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지와 무기충전제를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 필름을 제조하여, 이 필름의 표면을 엠보스가공에 의하여 거칠거칠한 면(조면)으로 하고, 이와 같이해서 얻어진 요철모양을 가진 필름을 적어도 1축방향으로 연신하고, 이어서 생성된 연신필름에, 가열된 엠보스로울에 의해서 요철모양을 형성하는 것을 특징으로하는 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 면적연신배율 1.05∼50배인 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  27. 제26항에 있어서, 면적연신배율이 1.1∼20배인 폴리올레틴다공질필름의 제조방법.
  28. 제25항에 있어서, 가열된 엠보스로울에 의해 요철부양을 형성함과 동시에 연신필름을 수축시키는 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  29. 제28항에 있어서, 수축율이 면적으로 5∼50%인 폴리올레탄다공질필름의 제조방법.
  30. 제28항에 있어서, 엠보스로울의 온도가 [필름의 용융온도(Tm)-40℃)-[Tm+20℃]인 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  31. 제52항에 있어서, 요철모양의 볼록부최고부를 기준으로 한 오목부최저부의 깊이가 2㎛∼3mm 인 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  32. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리올레핀수지와 무기충전제를 함유하는 혼합물로부터 필름을 제조하여, 이 필름에 그 흐름방향에 따라서 혹은 그 흐름방향에 수직으로 요철로 이루어진 줄무늬모양을 형성하고, 이어서 적어도 줄무늬에 수직의 방향으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  33. 제32항에 있어서, 줄무늬 모양에 있어서의 볼록부최고부를 기준으로 한 오목부의 깊이의, 다공성필름의 외관상을 두께에 대한 비(요철깊이비)가 0.2∼0.9인 폴리올레핀다공성필름의 제조방법.
  34. 제32항에 있어서, 하나의 줄무늬모양과 그 옆의 줄무늬모양에 있어서의 볼록부와 오목부의 피치가 50㎛∼2mm 인 폴리올레핀다공질필름의 제조방법.
  35. 제32항에 있어서, 면적연신배율이 1.05∼25배인 폴리올레핀다공질 필름의 제조방법.
