Claims (6)
- 공업용 로봇의 암의 선단에 용접토오치를 장착해서 미리 교시해 둔 교시데이터에 따라서 상기 공업용 로봇을 움직이고 자동적으로 용접하는 방법에 있어서, 용접토오치를 공작물상에 있어서의 용접개시예정점에서 그것을 시발점으로 하는 용접예정선을 따라서 진행시키는 공정과, 그 진행도중에 있어서 아크스타트를 실행하는 공정과, 아크가 실제로 발생한 아크스타트포인트로부터 용접개시 예정점까지 아크를 유지한 채로 용접토오치를 바대로 진행시키는 공정과, 아크를 유지한 채로 용접토오치를 용접개시 예정점으로부터 용접예정선을 따라서 다시 진행시키는 공정을 갖는 자동용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단위용접 구간에 대한 아크스타트 실행의 회수를 기록하고, 이 회수가 규정치에 도달할 때까지 아크스타트를 거듭 실행하는 자동용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용접토오치가 용접개시 예정점으로부터 아크스타트포인트까지 진행하는 진행도중에 있어서 기억한 위치데이터를 사용하고, 아크스타트포인트로부터 용접개시 예정점까지 용접토오치를 반대로 진행시키는 자동용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수단위 용접구간에 있어서의 아크스타트 실행의 회수를 누적해서 기억하는 자동용접방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아크전압 또는 아크전류의 최소한 한쪽을 정격치(定格値)이하로 하는 파일럿아크의 조건하에서 아크스타트를 거듭해서 실행하는 자동용접방법.
- 용접토오치를 공작물상에 있어서의 용접개시 예정점으로부터 그것을 시발점으로 하는 용접예정선을 따라서 진행시키는 수단과, 그 진행도중에 있어서 아크스타트를 거듭해서 실행하는 수단과, 아크가 실제로 발생한 아크스타트포인트로부터 용접개시 예정점까지 아크를 유지한 채로 용접토오치를 반대로 진행시키는 수단과, 아크를 유지한 채로 용접토오치를 용접개시 예정점으로부터 용접예정선을 따라서 다시 진행시키는 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자동용접장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
