급속, 광택 후막 동도금 접지봉의 제조방법

Claims (1)

  1. 연마된 강봉(2)을 일정길이로 절단하여 부스바가 연결된 랙크(Rack)에 장착시켜 전해조에서 40℃∼50℃로 약 5분간 직류전류를 인가시키고 이것을 수세조에서 약 1분간 세척하여 황산용액이 담긴 산세조에서 약 15초간 침지 다시 수세조에서 약 1 분간 세척하여 알칼리용액이 담긴 중화조에서 약 10초간 침지시켜 중화시키고, 수세조에서 약 1분간 세척하여 청화동 용액이 담긴 도금조에서 45℃∼50℃로 7∼10분간 직류전류를 인가한후, 이것을 다시 수세조에서 약 1분간 세척하여 황산용액이 담긴 산세조에서 약 15초간 침지시키고 황산인등 및 광택제가 담긴 도금조에서 20℃∼35℃를 유지시켜 전류를 인가(이때전류는 10A/dm2),다시 수세조에서 약 1분간 세척한후 중크롬산칼리등의 방식용액이 담긴 방식조에 약 3분간 침지시키고, 이것을 다시 수세조에서 수세한후 건조시켜 필요한 길이대로 절단하여 끝손질 한후 강봉(2)의 외주연에 두꺼운 도금층(4)가 형성되도록 한 급속, 광택 동도금접지봉의 제조방법.
