Claims (12)
- 적어도 하나의 자기적으로 비정렬된 미소결정성, 전이 금속산화물 스피넬 상을 함유하며, 그 형상 성형품이 파이버, 비이드, 버블, 플레이크, 미소구, 필름 또는 그래뉼인 것을 특징으로 하는 비용화된 세라믹 형상 성형품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 전이 금속 산화물 스피넬이식 M1(M2)2O4를 가지며 M1은 이가의 전이 금속 이온이며 M2는 삼가의 금속 이온인것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제2항에 있어서, M1이 적어도 하나의 코발트, 철 또는 니켈이며 M2는 적어도 하나의 알루미늄, 철 또는 크로뮴인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1 내지 3항에 있어서, 적어도 하나의 무기 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제4항에 있어서, 30 내지 100중량%의 상기 스피넬상과 70 내지 0중량%의 적어도 하나의 무기 산화물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제4항과 5항에 있어서, 상기 무기 산화물이 적어도 하나의 알루미나, 보리아, 포스포러스 산화물, 베리리아, 지르코니아, 티타니아 또는 스피넬 상의 형성이나 또는 보전성에 방해가 되지 않을 다른 금속 산화물인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1 내지 6항에 있어서, 20 내지 80중량%의 SiO2, 0 내지 20중량%의 보리아, 1내지 45중량%의 NiO와 1 내지 25중량%의 다른 전이 금속 산화물 또는 그 금속이 코발트 또는 철인 전이 금속 산화물의 결합물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1 내지 7항에 있어서, 비내화 또는 내화되며 임의적으로 투명한 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1 내지 8항에 있어서, 그 형상화된 성형품이 직물, 메트 또는 베팅(batting)인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 제1 내지 9항에 있어서, 구조적 중합성, 탄성, 금속성 또는 세라믹 혼성체인 것을 특징으로 하는 성형품.
- 형상 성형품을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, (1) 수용성 무기 및 전이금속염, 산화물, 졸, 분산성 클로라이드 또는 그것의 혼합물을 함유하는 수용성 혼합물을 제조하고(2) 그 혼합물을 점성 농축물로 농축시키며 (3) 그 결과의 농축물을 소정의 성형품으로 형상화하며 (4) 그 제조된 성형품을 탈수화적으로 겔화하여 그린의 비-내화성 형상 성형품을 제조하는 단계와 (5) 임의적으로, 무정형 내화 성형품을 제조하기 위하여 500 내지 820℃온도에서 상기 그린 성형품을 열처리하거나 또는 (6) 임의적으로, 내화성 성형품을 제조하기 위하여 820 내지 1000℃의 온도에서 그 그린 형상화 성형품을 가열하고 내화처리하는 단계를 포함하며 이 성형품은 적어도 하나이상의 미소결정성 전이 금속산화물 스피넬상을 함유하는 세라믹 성형품으로 전환 될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
