Claims (15)

  1. 세라믹/금속의 비율을 조절하여 성형품의 깊이를 변화시킨 최소한 한가지 연속 세라믹 페이즈 및 최소한 한가지 불연속적 금속 페이즈로 구성된 서미트 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 페이즈가 스피넬 및 알루미나 보리아 실리카 세라믹을 기초로한 최소한 한가지 전이 금속 산화물로 구성된 성형품.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 페이즈가 Cr,Cu,Co,Fe,Ni,Mo,W 및 Pb 중에서 최소한 한가지로 구성된 성형품.
  4. 제1항 내지 3항에 있어서, 상기 금속 페이즈가 그표면에서의 금속 함량이 100중량% 이하이고 그 중심부에서는 0중량%로 구성된 성형품.
  5. 제2항 내지 4항에 있어서, 상기 스피넬 페이즈가 M1이 최소한 한가지 2가 전이 금속 이온이고 M가 최소한 한가지 3가 전이 금속 이온인 일반식 M1(M2)2O4를 갖는 전이 금속 산화물 스피넬로 구성된 성형품.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 페이즈가 50중량% 이상인 성형품.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, M1이 니켈이고 M2가 알루미늄인 성형품.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 세라믹 페이즈가 Al2O321-95중량%, SiO20-65중량%, 보리아 0-25.5중량%로 구성되며, 금속 페이즈가 금속 4-42중량%로 구성된 성형품.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항에 있어서, 세라믹 페이즈가 미세결정인 성형품.
  10. 제1항 내지 9항에 있어서, 상기 제품의 표면이 금속 노듈로 구성된 성형품.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항에 있어서, 파이버, 분말, 플레이크, 미세구, 필름, 버블, 과립 또는 기질에 도포시킨 성형품.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항에 있어서, 중합성, 금속성 또는 세라믹 매트릭스를 갖는 구조적 합성물로 조합 시킨 성형품,
  13. a) 용해성 금속염, 카르복실레이트를 함유하는 수용액 및 산화물 졸, 분산콜로이드 또는 이들의 혼합물 제조하고, b)이 혼합물을 점성 농축물로 농축시키며,
    c)이 점성 농축물을 원하는 형으로 성형시키고, d)이 성형물을 겔화시켜서 성형시킨 비내화성 그린 제품을 제조하고, e)이 그린 제품을 내화성 세라믹 성형품으로 전환시키기에 충분한 온도에서 건조 및 구은뒤, f)이 구워진 제품을 환원 기류하에서 가열하여 서미트 성형품을 제조 하고, g)임의로, 상기 서미트 성형품을 산화 기류하에서 가열하여 성형시킨 조성 변화성 서미트/금속 산화물 제품을 제조하는 단계로 구성된 상변환 서미트 성형품의 제조방법.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 단계(e)의 그린 제품의 굽기 조작을 환원 기류하에서 실시하는 것으로 구성된 제조방법.
  15. 제1항 내지 12항에서, 촉매인 성형품.
