파아티클 보오드의 제조방법

제1도는 본원 발명의 방법에 따라 제조된 파아티클 보오드와 종래의 기술에 따라 제조된 샘플의 시험결과를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (4)

  1. 접착제를 사용하여 목재나 기타 식물섬유질의 칩이나 박편을 성형·접착하여 방수 파아티클 보오드를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 칩이나 박편을 접착하기 전에 95%이상의 불연소성가스 분위기에서 최소한 1시간 이상, 100℃-200℃의온도에서 상기 칩이나 박편을 회전시키면서 상기 칩이나 박편을 가열시켜 상기 칩이나 박편에 함유되어 있는 수분이나 수액을 완전히 제거하는 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 파아티클 보오드의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 칩 또는 박편을 회전식 고압용기내에서 가열시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 얻어진 파아티클 보오드를 가열 압착하는 또 하나의 단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 불활성가스는 알콘, 헬륨, 크립톤 등, 2산화탄소, 암모니아, 2산화유황, 질소 또는 상기 기체중 2이상을 포함한 불활성기체로 구성된 군으로부터 선정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
