Claims (10)

  1. 두 성분이 서로 공간적으로 분리되어 존재하지만 경구 투여시 재결합하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 마늘 분말 및 효소 알리나제를 포함하는 경구용 마늘 제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 각 성분이 분리하여 캡슐화된 마이크로캡슐로 구성되는 제제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 40℃이하 융점의 지방 기부를 가지는 분무 고체화된 환알 형태로 효소가 존재하고 분무 고체화된 환알 형태로 마늘 분말이 존재하는 환알 혼합물로 구성되는 제제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 혼합물이 경질 젤라틴 캡슐에 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 마늘 분말 및 효소가 두 층 정제의 분리 층에 존재하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 두 성분이 포화 트리글리세라이드 및 식물유의 혼합물에 현탁되고 연질 젤라틴 캡슐에 충전된 것을 특징으로 하는 제제.
  7. 두 성분의 각각이 분리하여 캡슐화되고, 마이크로캡슐이 서로 혼합된 것을 특징으로 하고, 마늘 분말 및 효소 알리나제를 포함하는, 경구용 마늘 제제의 제조방법.
  8. a)효소를 40℃까지의 온도에서 용융된 경질 지방에 분산시키고 분무 고체화에 의해 환알로 하고, b)마늘 분말을 용융된 경질 지방에 분산시키고 분무 고체화에 의해 환알로 하고, c)두 종류의 환알을 임의로 옥수수 전분을 부가하며, 서로 혼합하고 경질의 젤라틴 캡슐에 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 마늘 분말 및 효소 알리나제를 포함하는, 경구용 마늘 제제의 제조방법.
  9. 마늘 분말 및 효소를 정제 제조에 적당한 형태로 전환시키고 두 층의 정제를 만들기 위해 두 층 정제 프레스내에서 압착하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 마늘 분말 및 효소 알리나제를 포함하는, 경구용 마늘 제제의 제조방법.
  10. 두 성분을 포화 트리글리세레이드 및 식물유의 혼합물에 현탁시키고 연질 젤라틴 캡슐에 충전하는 것을 특징으로 하고, 마늘 분말 및 효소 알리나제를 포함하는, 경구용 마늘 제제의 제조방법.
