Claims (9)

  1. 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자를 유효성분으로 하는 백혈구 감소증치료제제.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니자극 인자가 호중구 콜로니 자극인자임을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자가 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자 생산세포의 배양 상동액으로부터 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자가 다음의 생리학적 성질을 갖는 것임을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
    [이화학적 성질]
    ① 분자량 : 도던실 황산나트륨-폴리아크릴아미드겔 전기영동법에 의한 측정으로 19,000±1,000의 분자량을 갖는다.
    ② 동전점 : pI=505±0.1, pI=5.8±0.1, pI=6.1±0.1의 3개의 동전점중 적어도 하나를 갖는다.
    ③ 자외부흡수 : 280nm에 극대흡수를 갖고, 250nm에 극소치를 갖는다.
    ④ N말단으로부터 21 잔기째까지의 아미노산 서열이 다음과 같다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자가 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자 활성을 갖는 폴리펩판드를 코오딩하는 유전자를 할유하는 제조합벡터를 함유하는 형질전환체로부터 생산된 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드 또는 당 단백질임을 특징으로 하는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코오딩하는 유전자가 제2도에 나타낸 염기서열 또는 그 일부를 갖는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 인체 과립구 콜로니 자극인자 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드를 코오딩하는 유전자가 제도에 나타낸 염기서열 또는 그 일부를 갖는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
  8. 제5항에 있어서, 인체과립구 콜로니 자극인자 활성을 갖는 폴리펩티드가 다음의 아미노산서열 또는 그 일부로 나타내지는 백혈구 감소증 치료제.
