제1도는 본 발명에 의한 차량용 내연기관제어장치의 일실시예를 표시하는 개략 구성도.
제2도는 제1도에 표시한 컨트롤유닛의 구성을 표시하는 상세블록도.
제3도는 과도제어동작을 설명하기 위한 특성도.

Claims (11)

  1. 마찰식클러치 및 기어식 변속기를 포함한 전자제어자동 변속장치를 갖춘 차량용 내연기관 제어장치에 있어서 차량의 운전조건을 표시하여 운전데이터를 출력하는 수단, 소정의 통상 제어방법으로 가속기페달(14)의 조작량에 따라서 내연기관(2)을 운전하기 위하여 필요한 연료분사량을 표시하는 제 1목표데이터(D1)를 연산하기 위한 운전데이터에 응답하는 수단, 소정의 일정속도제어방법에 의한 소정의 일정속도로 내연기관(2)을 운전하기 위하여 필요한 연료부사량을 표시하는 제 2 목표데이터 (D2를) 연산하기 위하여 운전데이터에 응답하는 수단, 마찰식 클러치(5)의 조작상태를 표시하는 검출신호를 출력하는 검출수단, 마찰식 크러치(5)가 절단상태에서 접속상태로 절환된 경우에 상기 제 1 및 제 2목표데이터와 시간의 경과와 더불어 제 2목표데이터(D2)에 의하여 표시되는 연료량으로부터 제 1목표에이터(D1)에 의하여 표시되는 연료량으로 서서히 변하게되는 목표연료 분사량을 표시하는 제 3목표데이터(D3)를 출력하기 위한 검출신호에 응답하는 제 1수단, 제1, 제2 및 제 3목표데이터(D1)(D2)(D3)와 그리고 마찰식 클러치(5)의 작동상태에 응하여 제1,제 2 및 제 3목표데이터(D1),(D2),(D3) 중에서 하나의 데이터를 선택하기 위한 검출신호에 응답하는 선택수단, 그리고 전술한 선택수단에 의하여 선택된 목표데이터에 따라서 내연기관(2)에 공급되는 연료량을 제어하는 수단을 구성한 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 운전데이터가 적어도 내연기관(2)의 회전속도를 표시하는 데이터를 포함하는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 통상속도 제어방법이 최고엔진속도와 아이들링 엔진속도만이 제어되는 제한 속도 제어 방법이고 또, 조정조작이 중간엔진 속도범위에서는 행하여지지 않는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 일정속도 제어방법이, 내연기관(2)의 회전속도가 지령된 레벤에 유지되도록 제어되는 등시성 속도제어방법인 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 소정의 일정속도 제어방법이, 조정조작이 아이들링 엔진속도에서 최고 에진속도까지의 전체속도 범위에 걸쳐서 행하여지는 모든 속도 제어방법인 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 검출수단이 마찰식 크러치(5)의 클러치판의 위치를 검출하기 위한 위치센서이고 또 클러치판의 위치를 표시하는 신호가 검출신호로서 출력되는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제 1수단이 마찰식 클러치(5)가 접속되어 있는 지의 여부를 검출하기 위하여 검출신호에 응답하는 수단을 갖고 있는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제 1수단이 , 제 2목표데이터(D2)를 위하여 목표엔진속도를 연산하는 수단 제 1과 제 2목표데이터(D1)(D2)에 의하여 표시된 연료분사량 사이의 차이를 연산하는 수단, 목표엔진속도가 변화되는 스텝의 크기를 결정하는 결정수단, 스텝크기를 목표엔진속도에서 공제한 결과에 의거하여 새로운 목표엔진속도를 반복적으로 세트하는 수단 및 새로운 목표엔진속도에 따라서 제 3목표데이터(D3)를 연산하는 수단 등을 갖추고 있는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 전술한 결정수단이 적어도 제 2목표데이터(D2)를 위한 목표엔진속도와 그리고 제 1 및 제 2목표데터(D1),(D2)에 의하여 표시된 연료분사량 사이의 차이에 기준하여 스텝크기를 결정하는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 제1수단이 제 1과 제 2목표제이터(D1),(D2)에 의하여 표시된 연료분사량 사이의 차이를 연산한는 수단, 연료분사량이 변하게 되는 스텝의 크기를 결정하는 수단 및 제 1목표데이터(D1)와 스텝크기에 따라서 제 3목표데이터(D3)를 반복적으로 연산하는 수단 등을 갖추고 있는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 본 장치가 또한 가속기 페달의 위치가 풀위치인지 또는 아이들링 위치에 있는지 그리고, 가속기 페달(14)이 풀위치이거나 또는 아이들링 위치가 아니면 제 3목표데이터(D3)를 얻기 위하여 반복적 연산이 행하여지는지를 판별하는 수단을 구성하고 있는 차량용 내연기관 제어장치.
