제1도는 감압성[pressure-sensitive)전도 고무 시트의 한 양태의 종단면도.
제3도는 위스커(whisker)함량을 변화시키는 실시예 5의 전도 고무재의 가압력과 저항값 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.
제4도는 카본 블랙 함량을 변화시키는 실시예 6의 전도 고무재의 가압력과 저항값 사이의 관계를 나타낸 그래프.

Claims (11)

  1. 적어도 전기절연성 고무로 된 고무 매트릭스중에 분산된, 전도카본 블랙, 비금속 무기재로 만든 단섬유, 분말 및 위스커 중에서 선택된 하나 이상 유형의 무기 충진재로 이루어진 감압성(pressure-sensitive) 전도 고무재.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고무 매트릭스 중에 혼합된 무기충전재가 고무재 표면에 부분적으로 노출된 감압성 전도 고무재.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진재가, 탄화규소, 유리 및 질화규소로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 길이 100μ 내지 10mm 및 지름 0.3 내지 30μ의 단섬유인 감압성 전도 고무재.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 무기충진재가, 탄화물(예를들면 탄화규소, 탄화티타늄, 탄화붕소, 탄화텅스텐), 질화물(예를들면 질화규소, 질화 알루미늄, 질화 붕소 및 질화 티타늄) 및 산화물(예를들면 알루미나, 지르코니아, 베릴리아)로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 지름 0.05 내지 100μ의 세라믹 분말인 감압성 전도 고무재.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진제가, 알파-탄화규소, 베타-탄화규소, 알파-알루미나, 산화티타늄, 산화주석, 흑연 Fe 및 Ni로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 지름 0.05 내지 3μ 및 5 내지 500μ의 침상 결정 위스커인 감압성 전도 고무재.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 30 내지 70중량부의 카본블랙 및 10 내지 60중량부의 위스커가 100중량부의 전기 절연성 고무에 분산되며, 카본블랙과 위스커의 총 첨가량이 40 내지 90중량부인 감압성 전도 고무재.
  7. 적어도 전기 절연성 고무로 된 고무 내트릭스중에 분산된, 전도 카본블랙, 비금속 무기재로 만든 단섬유, 분말 및 위스커로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 유형의 무기 충진재를 포함하는 시트-형 복합재로 이루어지고, 전기 절연성 분말이 상기 복합재의 하나 이상의 표면층에 묻힌 감압성 전도 고무재.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 분말의 묻힌 양이 0.05 내지 5중량%인 감압성 전도 고무재.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 분말이, 유리, 탄산칼슘, 점토, 탈크, 페닐수지, 에폭시 수지, 우레아 수지 및 에보나이트로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택된 감압성 전도 고무재.
  10. 적어도 위스커 무기 충진재가, 전기 절연성 고무로 된 고무 매트릭스 중에 분산된 감압성 전도 고무재.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고무재의 두께가 200μ 이하인 감압성 전도 고무재.
