Claims (5)
- 휘스커 1내지 100중량부와 고무 100중량부를 함유하는 고무 조성물로 된 고무층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 조성물이 적어도 마찰전동형 벨트의 압축고무층에 사용된 것을 특징으로 하는 전동벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 파이버 부재에 함침된 고무 성분내에 분산되고 벨트 표면에 접착된 휘스커를 함위하는 피복층을 포함하는 것을 특징을 하는 전동벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 휘스커가, 알파-실리콘 카바이드(알파 SiC), 베타-실리콘 카바이드(베타 SiC), 실리콘 나이트라이드(Si3N4), 알파 알루미나(Al203), 산화티타늄, 산화아연, 산화주석, 흑연, 철, 동, 또는 니켈로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된, 침상 단결정 길이 10내지 500미크론, 직경 0.1내지 1.0미크론인 것을 하나 이상 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동벨트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 휘스커로 보강된 고무 조성물의 고무는 CR(클로로프렌 고무), NBR(니트릴 고무), 천연고무SBR(스티렌 부타디엔 고무), HNBR(수소 첨가 니트릴 고무), CSM(클로로설폰처리폴리에틸렌 고무), CHM(에피클로로히드린), 그리고 ACM(아크릴 고무)폴리우레탄의 단일 성분 또는 혼합물에서 선택한 것을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전동벨트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
