Claims (20)

  1. 피복조성물을 분무물로서, 그리고 이것을 이어서 기질에 도포시키거나, 또는 기질상에 도포시킨 박막으로서 증기상 삼급아민 촉매에 노출시키고, 상기 피복 조성물이 폴리메르캅토-화합물과 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로됨을 특징으로하는 피복조성물의 박막을 경화시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물을 휘발성 유기용매중에 분산시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리메르캅토 화합물이 모노머, 올리고머, 폴리머인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물중 매르캅토기 대 이소시아네이트기의 몰비가 약 1:1 내지 1:2인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물에 소립자상의 충전재를 함유시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리메르캅토 화합물이 1,4-부탄디티올, 2,3-디메르캅토 프로판올, 톨루엔-3,4-디티올, 알파, 알파-디메르캅토-p-크실렌, 티오살리실산, 메르캅토, 아세트산, 2-메르캅토,에탄올, 모노도대칸디티올,디도데칸 디티올, 디티올, 페놀, 디-파라 클로로티오페놀,디메르캅토 벤조티아졸, 3,4-디메르캅토 톨로엔, 알릴 메르캅탄, 1,6-헥산 디티올, 벤질 메르캅탄, 1-옥탄티올, p-티오크레솔, 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로티오페놀, 시클로헥실 메르캅탄, 메틸티오글리콜레이트, 메르캅토피리딘, 디티오에리트리트를, 6-에록시-2-메르캅토벤조티아졸 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택 되거나 또는 그의 메르캅토기가 상기한 화합물로부터 유도되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 피복조성물을 그의 도포박막을 증기상 삼급아민 촉매에 노출시켜서 경화시키는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 증기상 삼급아민 촉매와 동시에 생성된 상기 피복조성물의 분무물을 서로 혼합시킨후, 이 혼합물을 기질에 도포시키고, 피복조성물을 경화시키는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 지방족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제, 방향족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제 및 그의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 방법.
  10. 폴리메르캅토 화합물과 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로되는 증기상 삼급 아민 촉매존재하여 실온에서 신속하게 경화될 수 있는 피복조성물.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물이 추가로 휘발성 유기 용매로 되는 조성물.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리메르캅토 화합물이 모노머, 올리고머 또는 폴리머중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  13. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리메르캅토 화합물이 1,4-부탄디티올, 2,3-디메르캅토 프로판올, 톨루엔-3,4-디티올, 알파, 알파-디메르캅토-p-크실렌, 티오살리실산, 메르캅토, 아세트산, 2-메르캅토,에탄올, 모노도데칸 디티올,디도데칸 디티올, 디티올, 페놀, 3,4--디-파라-클로로티오페놀, 디메르캅토벤조티아졸, 3,4-디메르캅토톨로엔, 알릴메르캅탄, 1,6-헥산 디티올, 벤질 메르캅탄, 1-옥탄티올, p-티오크레솔, 2,3,5,6-테트라플루오로티오페놀, 시클로헥실 메르캅탄, 메틸티오글리콜레이트, 메르캅토피리딘, 디티오에리트리트를, 6-에록시-2-메르캅토벤조티아졸 및 그의 혼합물 중에서 선택 되거나 또는 상기한 화합물 중에서 선택된 성분으로부터 유도된 피복조성물.
  14. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제가 지방족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제, 방향족 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제 및 그의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 피복조성물.
  15. 피복조성물을 분무물로서, 그리고 이것을 이어서 기질에 도포시키거나, 또는 기질에 도포시킨 박막으로서 증기상 삼급아민 촉매에 노출 시키고상기 피복 조성물이 폴리올 및 멀티-이소시아네이트 경화제로되는 피복조성물의 박막을 경화시키는 방법에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물이 메르캅탄 화합물과 이소시아네이트 화합물의 반응에 의해 형성된 티오우레탄 화합물 존재하에 경화되도록 개선된 방법.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 피복조성물이 추가로 상기피복조성물의 경화증 현장에서 티오-우레탄 화합물을 형성하는 메르캅토 화합물로 되는 방법.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 티오-우레탄 화합물을 미리 형성시키고, 이것을 상기 피복조성물에 첨가하는 방법.
  18. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 티오-우레탄 화합물을 다음과 같은 일반식으로 표시되는 방법.
