Abstract

Procédé pour durcissement par pénétration de vapeur d'un film d'une composition pour revetement. Ce procédé comprend l'exposition de la composition à un catalyseur amine tertiaire en phase vapeur. La composition peut etre sous forme d'un produit atomisé généré de façon concourante et mélangé au catalyseur amine en phase vapeur puis etre appliquée sur un substrat, ou bien elle peut etre appliquée sous forme d'un film exposé au catalyseur amine en phase vapeur. La composition comprend un composé polymercapto et un agent de prise multi-isocyanate. Elle peut etre formulée de manière à présenter une teneur très élevée en solides.
