Claims (10)
- 일부 또는 전체섬유가 소수성인 기제 섬유와 일부 또는 전부가 대체로 구형 입자형태이며 상기 기제섬유를 감싸도록 상기 섬유에 접합되는 물-흡수 하는 중합체로 이루어지는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 5중량% 또는 그 이상의 소수성섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 50중량% 또는 그 이상의 소수성섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성섬유가 물 1cc에 대하여 50내지 100°의 전진 접촉각을 지니는 필라멘트로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡수성섬유가 폴리에스테르섬유, 폴리프로필렌 섬유 및 폴리에틸렌과 폴리프로필렌의 복합 섬유로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 소수성 섬유가 소수성이 되도록 표면에 처리되는 친수성 섬유로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물-흡수하는 중합체가 염주와 같이 연달아 서로 매어지는 구형 또는 타원형구슬의 형태로 상기 섬유에 접합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기제가 친수성섬유의 층과 소수성섬유의 또다른 층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 제1항에 있어서, 일부분의 용액 방울이 섬유를 감싸고 접합될 수 있도록 하기 위해서 수용성에틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 수용액을 기제에 가하고 물-흡수하는 중합체를 생성하도록 상기 단량체를 중합시키며 생성된 용품을 건조시키는 단계로 이루어지는 공정에 의해 얻어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수용품.
- 상기 단량체가 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 비닐술폰산, 비닐포스폰산 및 그들의 염으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제9항에 기재된 흡수용품의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
