Abstract
AGENTE ABSORVEDOR DE LìQUIDO AQUOSO E SEU PROCESSO DE PRODUçãO Um agente absorvedor de líquido aquoso de acordo com essa invenção é aquele compreendendo partículas de resina absorvedora de água como componentes essenciais, em que as partículas são obtidas por um processo incluindo o passo de polimerizar um monómero etilenicamente insaturado solúvel em água e ter uma estrutura de ligação cruzada no seu interior; com o agente exibindo FSR não inferior a 0,2 g/g/s,CRC de 5 a 25 g/g, SFC não inferior a 400 x <sym>7?<sym>.s/g, e uma porosidade úmida não menor do que 20%. Um processo de acordo com essa invenção para obter tal agente é caracterizado por compreender os passos de: obter um hidrogel de uma solução de monómero aquosa incluindo um monómero etilenicamente insaturado solúvel em água e um agente de ligação cruzada interna de não menos do que 0,2 mol% na proporção do monómero, e em seguida extrusando esse hidrogel de uma estrutura perfurada com diâmetros de perfuração na faixa de 0,3 a 6,4 mm para, dessa forma, pulverizar o hidrogel.
