Claims (25)

  1. 수불용성 세륨 화합물을 수용성 알루미늄 화합물 및 알루미나 수화물의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 화합물로 포화시키고, 포화생성물을 가소시킴으로써 수득된 알루미나-변형산화세륨, 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐의 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 귀금속 및 활성알루미나를 함유하는 촉매조성물을 단일체 벌집형 담체에 증착시킨 배기가스 정화용 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 귀금속이 활성 알루미나 및 알루미나-변형 산화세륨의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 분말에 미리분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 귀금속이 활성알루미나에 미리 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 귀금속이 알루미나-변형 산화세륨에 미리 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 귀금속이 알루미나-변형산화 세륨 및 활성알루미나에 미리 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알루미나-변형 산화세륨에서 알루미늄에 대한 세륨의 원자비 Ce/A1가 1∼20인 촉매.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 수불용성세륨 화합물이 탄산세륨, 산화세륨 및 수산화 세륨의 군에서 선택된 촉매.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 세륨 화합물이 탄산 세륨인 촉매.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 알루미늄 화합물이 질산 알루미늄, 염화알루미늄 및 황산알루미늄의 군에서 선택된 촉매.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 수용성 알루미늄 화합물이 질산 알루미늄인 촉매.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 활성 알루미나가 50∼180㎡/g의 비표면을 갖는 촉매.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 1ℓ당 촉매에 증착된 20∼200g의 활성 알루미나, 10∼150g의 알루미나-변형 산화세륨, 합계 0.1∼5g의 백금 및 팔라듐 및 0.01∼1g의 로듐을 함유하는 촉매.
  13. 제3항에 있어서, 로듐이 활성 알루미나에 미리 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 로듐이 활성 알루미나에 미리 분산 및 증착되고, 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 귀금속이 이어서 로듐-함유 활성 알루미나에 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  15. 제3항에 있어서, 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 귀금속이 미리 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종 이상의 귀금속이 미리 활성 알루미나에 분산 및 증착되고, 로듐이 이어서 귀금속-함유 활성 알루미나에 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  17. 제3항에 있어서, 백금, 팔라듐 및 로듐이 미리 활성 알루미나에 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  18. 제4항에 있어서, 로듐이 미리 알루미나-변형 산화 세륨에 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 로듐을 미리 알루미나-변형 산화 세륨에 분산 및 증착시키고, 수득된 로듐-함유 산화 세륨을 활성알루미나 및 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 귀금속과 혼합한 촉매.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 로듐이 미리 알루미나-변형 산화세륨에 분산 및 증착되고, 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 귀금속이 미리 활성알루미나에 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  21. 제2항에 있어서, 백금 및 팔라듐의 군에서 선택된 일종이상의 귀금속이 다염기성 카르복실산이 배합된 포화액체의 매질을 통해 분말에 단단히 분산 및 증착된 촉매.
  22. 제21항에 있어서, 분말이 활성알루미나인 촉매.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 다염기성 카르복실산을 100g의 활성알루미나를 기준으로 0.1∼30g양으로 가한 촉매.
  24. 제21항에 있어서, 다염기성 카르복실산이 옥살산인 촉매.
  25. 제21항에 있어서, 다염기성 카르복실산이 시트르산인 촉매.
