제1도는 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물의 접착성을 평가하는데 사용되는 시험편의 사시도.

Claims (5)

  1. (A) 각 분자중에 실리콘-결합된 하이드록실그룹을 적어도 2개 갖는 실질적으로 직쇄상의 오가노폴리실옥산 100부, (B) 콜로이드상 실리카 1 내지 150중량부 또는 알카리금속 실리케이트 0.3 내지 30중량부, (C) 경화촉매촉매량, (D) 유화제 2 내지 30중량부 및 (E) 물로 부터 기본 에멀죤을 만들고, pH를 9 내지 12로 조절한 후 실온에서 수분을 제거함으로써 탄성체물질을 형성할 때까지 숙성시키고, (F)에폭시-관능성 실란 결합제 또는 그의 가수분해물 또는 그의 가수분해 축합물 0.5 내지 30중량부, (G)충진제 50 내지 300중량부 및 (H) 상기 성분 (G)의 0.1 내지 2.0중량%의 분산제를 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제(G)의 표면을 미리 분산제(H)로 처리하는 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 오가노폴리실옥산(A)의 분자량이 30,000 이상인 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 에폭시-관능성 실란 결합제가-글리시독시프로필트리메톡시실란,-글리시독시프로필메틸디메톡시실란,-글리시독시프로필트리에톡시실란,-글리시독시프로필메틸디에톡시실란,-(3, 4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸트리메톡시실란,-(3, 4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸메틸디메톡시실란,-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸트리에톡시실란,-(3,4-에폭시시클로헥실)에틸메틸디에톡시실란, 및 이들의 하나 또는 두개 이상의 가수분해물 및 가수분해 축합물로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 실리콘 수성에멀죤 조성물.
