Claims (12)

  1. 프레임에 수평으로 착설되고, 그 주면에 버르제거수단이 재가된 로타로 구성되는 형태로서 연속주조장치로부터 생산되어 산소절단으로 주어진 길이만큼 절단되는 슬래브로부터 버르를 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서 버르제거수단이 프레임에 의하여 재가된 로타를 위한 수직이동수단에 의하여 슬래브의 하측부와 접선적으로 접촉하여 포락선을 그리는 헤드를 갖는 자동후퇴형 해머이고, 로타는 슬래브의 선단부 또는 후단부가 통과하는 것을 탐지하는 제어장치에 의하여 회전이 일측방향 또는 타측방향으로 제어되는 구동축에 의하여 구동됨을 특징으로 하는 주철슬래브의 버르제거장치.
  2. 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 로타가 허브로 구성되고 이 허브에는 구동축의 종방향 축선의 방향으로 일정한 간격을 두고 베어링 치크가 고정되고, 이 치크에는 구동축의 축선에 평행하고 해머를 재가하며 구동축선으로부터 일정한 거리를 두고 치크의 주연에서 일정한 간격이 유지되도록 배치된 다수의 회전핀이 삽입되며 허브의 단부저어널은 프레임에서 수직이동가능한 베어링블럭에 의하여 재가된 베어링내에 삽입된 바의 장치.
  3. 청구범위 1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 해머가 기다란 단일체의 형태로 일측단부의 헤드가 비둘기 꼬리형태이고 타측단부에 인접하여서는 해머가 자유롭게 회전되도록 착설되는 회전핀의 직경보다 큰 직경의 통공이 형성된 바의 장치.
  4. 전기 청구범위 중 어느 하나에 있어서, 프레임이 로타의 각 단부에 배치된 두 컬럼으로 구성되고 이들 각각에는 개방부가 형성되어 있으며 이 개방부에는 개방부 상측에서 컬럼의 상측부에 고정된 두 잭의 작용하에 베어링블럭이 활동가능하게 된 바의 장치.
  5. 청구범위 4항에 있어서, 베어링블럭이 볼 조인트에 의하여 잭의 가동봉과 함께 이동되도록 연결되고 볼 조인트의 볼은 베어링 블록의 상측부에 고정된 요크에 착설한 핀에 의하여 관통된 바의 장치.
  6. 전기 청구범위 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로타가 모우터에 의하여 회전구동되고 그 회전방향은 로타의 상류측과 하류측에 각각 배치된 감지기에 연결된 제어장치에 의하여 제어되는 바의 장치.
  7. 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 제어장치가 잭을 동시제어하는 바의 장치.
  8. 청구범위 6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 감지기가 적외선 셀인 바의 장치.
  9. 전기 청구범위 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로타의 축선이 슬래브의 종축선에 대한 수직선에 대하여 10°이하의 각도로 경사진 바의 장치.
  10. 전기 청구범위 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 로타가 보호후드로 덮히고, 로타의 하측에 버르회수호퍼가 착설되어 버르를 콘베이어 벨트를 통해 저장용 기측으로 배출하는 바의 장치.
  11. 전기 청구범위 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 치크에 인접한 각 해머의 일부가 치크의 상부로 돌출된 바의 장치.
