Claims (4)
- 가황시 섬유에 요오드 값이 120이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무를 접착시키는 방법으로서, 할로겐함유 중합체 라텍스 및 레소르시놀-포름알데히드 수지를 함유한 수성 분산으로 처리된 섬유를 사용하는 개량된 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 고포화 중합체 고무가 불포화니트릴-공액디엔 공중합체 고무의 공액디엔 단위부를 수소화 시킴으로써 얻는 고무, 불포화 니트릴 공액디엔-에틸렌 불포화 단량체의 터폴리머 고무, 등 터폴리머 고무의 공액디엔 단위부를 수소화 시킴으로써 얻는 고무 및 불포화 니트릴-에틸렌 불포화 단량체의 공중합체 고무로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 고무인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 할로겐함유 중합체 라텍스가 동 중합체중에 할로겐함량이 1중량% 이상인 방법.
- 섬유에 가황고무를 강하게 접착시켜서 된 복합재질로서, 가황고무가 요오드값 120이하인 니트릴기함유 고포화 중합체의 가황물이고, 섬유가 할로겐 함유 중합체 라텍스 및 레소르시놀-포름알데히드 수지를 함유한 수성 분산으로 처리된 것인 개량된 복합재질.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
