Claims (12)

  1. (1) 20중량%이상∼70중량%이하의 비닐피리딘 단위를 함유하는 비닐피리딘-공액 디엔형 공중합체의 라텍스(A) 및 레조르시놀-포름알데히드 수지로 주로 구성된 점착 조성물(AR)로 및 이어서 (2) 유제 중합화 또는 유제 중합화 후 유제 상태 중의수소화에 의해 수득한 요오드값 120이하의 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무의 라텍스(B) 및 레조르시놀-포름알데히드 수지로 주로 구성된 점착 조성물(BR)로 처리된 폴리에스테르 섬유, 및 요오드값 20이하의 니트릴기-함유 고도로포화된 공중합체 고무를 퍼옥시드가황계에 의해 가황화시킴으로써 결합시킴을 특징으로 하는, 상기 폴리에스테르 섬유 및요오드값 20 이하의 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무로 구성된 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비닐피리딘-공액 디엔형 공중합체의 라텍스(A)를 구성하는 공중합체가 25∼60중량%의 비닐피리딘 단위및 40∼75중량%의 공액 디엔 단위를 함유하는, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 비닐피리딘-공액 디엔형 공중합체의 라텍스(A)를 구성하는 공중합체가 20∼70중량%의 비닐피리딘 단위, 30∼80중량%의 공액 디엔 단위 및 0∼40중량의 비닐피리딘 및 공액 디엔과 공중합 가능한 기타 단량체(들)의 단위(들)을 함유하는, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서, 기타 단량체 단위가 스티렌 단위인, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제 1 항에 있어서, 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무의 라텍스(B)를 구성하는 공중합체가 100이하의 요오드값을 갖는, 섬유 고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제 1 항에 있어서, 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무의 라텍스(B)가 10∼50중량%의 α,β-에틸렌성 불포화 니트릴 단위를 함유하는 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무의 라텍스인, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제 5 항 또는 제 6 항에 있어서, 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무의 라텍스(B)가 요오드값 120이상의 니트릴기-함유 공중합체 고무의 라텍스를 유제 중합화시킨 후 수소화시킴으로써 제조되는, 고무-섬유 복합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서, 점착 조성물(AR)에 사용된 레조르시놀-포름알데히드 수지(건조상태)의 양이 라텍스(A)(고체로서) 100중량부당 10∼180중량부이며, 점착조성물(BR)에 사용된 레조르시놀-포름알데히드수지(건조상태)의 양이 라텍스(B)(고체로서) 100중량부당 10∼180중량부인, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리에스테르 섬유에 접착된 점착 조성물(고체로서) 총량이 폴리에스테르를 기준으로 2∼20중량%인,섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제 1 항에 있어서, 점착 조성물(BR)(고체로서) 양에 대한 점착 조성물(AR)(고체로서) 양의 비율이 50 : 50∼80 : 20인,섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  11. 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼옥시드 가황계 사용량이 접착된 니트릴기-함유 고도로 포화된 공중합체 고무 100중량부당 0.5∼10중량부인, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
  12. 제 1 항에 있어서, 퍼옥시드 가황계가 디알킬 퍼옥시드인, 섬유-고무 복합체의 제조방법.
