Abstract

요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중량% 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 처리제, 이 처리제로 피복 처리된 고무 고강용 유리 섬유, 및 이 고무 보강용 유리 섬유를 사용하여 만들어진 톱니형 벨트, 타이어 등의 고무 제품이 개시되어 있다. 상기 처리제로 피복된 유리 섬유는 2차 처리제로서의 할로겐 함유 중합체계 접착제로 더욱 피복 처리될 수 있다.

  1. 요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중량% 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 유리 섬유 피복 조성물.

  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 피닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스와 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 유리 섬유 피복 조성물.
  4. 요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중량% 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 처리제로 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 디카르복실화 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 상원공중합체 라텍스, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스, 및 아크릴로니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스로 구성된 군에서 선택된는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스와 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  7. 요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중량% 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 처리제로 피복되고, 또한 할로겐 함유 중합체계 접착제 용액으로 더욱 피복됨을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 디카르복실화 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 상원공중합체 라텍스, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스, 및 아클릴로니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스와 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 고무 보강용 유리 섬유.
  10. 요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중합체 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 처리제로 피복된 유리 섬유를 사용하여 만들어진 고무 제품.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 디카르복실화 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스, 및 아클릴로니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  12. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스와 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  13. 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고무 제품이 톱니형 벨트임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  14. 제10항, 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 상기 고무 제품이 고무 타이어임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  15. 요오드가가 120 이하인 니트릴기 함유 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스(A), 상기 고포화 중합체 고무 라텍스 이외의 고무 라텍스(B), 및 수용성 레조르시놀/포름알데히드 축합물을 각각 고형분 중량비로서 15 내지 80중량%, 5 내지 70중량% 및 2 내지 15중량%의 양으로 함유하는 처리제로 피복되고 또한 할로겐 함유 중합체계 접착제 용액으로 더욱 피복된 유리 섬유를 사용하여 만들어진 고무 제품.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 디카르복실화 부타디엔/스티렌 공중합체 라텍스, 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스, 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스, 및 아클릴로니트릴/부타디엔 공중합체 라텍스로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  17. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 고무 라텍스(B)가 비닐피리딘/부타디엔/스티렌 삼원공중합체 라텍스와 클로로술폰화 폴리에틸렌 라텍스의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
  18. 제15항, 제16항 또는 제17항에 있어서, 상기 고무 제품이 톱니형 벨트임을 특징으로 하는 고무 제품.
