도면의 주요부분에 대한 부호의 설명
1 : 베어링본체, 2 : 중앙오목부, 3,4 : 스커어트부, 5 : 중앙오목홈, 6,6 : 측부오목홈, 7 내지 10 : 관통공, 7a 내지 10a : 관상체, 7b 내지 10b : 무부하로울러 전주로(轉走路), 13 내지 16,19내지 22 : 무부하 로울러 전주면 35,36,40,42 : 리테이너(retainer), B : 로울러, ℓ : 접촉각 방향선.

Claims (2)

  1. 중앙오목부를 사이에 끼고 좌우 스커어트부를 가진 베어링 본체를 로울러를 통하여 궤도대에 미끄러져 움직일 수 있게 끼워 맞추어서 이루어진 직선운동 로울러 베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링 본체의 내주면의 중앙부 및 양측부에 1줄(條)의 중앙오목홈과 2줄의 측부오목홈을 길이방향으로 설치하고, 이 중앙오목홈의 좌우 양측에 상기 궤도대의 부하 로울러 전주면에 대면시켜서 2줄의 부하 로울러 전주면을 형성시키는 동시에 각 촉부오목홈의 1측에 상기 궤도대의 부하 로울러 전주면에 대면시켜서 1줄의 부하로울러 전주면을 형서하여 주앙오목홈 및 양측부오목홈에 설치한 4줄의 부하 로울러 전주면과 이것이 대응하는 궤도대의 부하 로울러 전주면 사이에 4열의 로울러를 개재시키고 또한 상기 베어링 본체에 형성되는 무부하 로울러 전주로를 상기 부하 로울러 전주면 사이를 전동하는 로울러의 접촉각 방향선상에 배치하고 또 베어링 본체와 접동대 사이에 설치한 리테이너와 상기 중앙오목홈 및 측부오목홈의 1측면에 의해 부하 로울러 전주면 사이의 부하로울러를 안내 지지하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 로울러 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 베어링 본체에 상기 로울러의 접촉각 방향선상에 있어서 길이 방향으로 연장하는 4줄의 관통공을 형성하여 그것들의 각 관통공에, 내주면에 상기 무부하 로울러 전주로를 가진 관상체를 삽입한 것을 특징으로 하는 직선운동 로울러 베어링.
