Claims (9)

  1. 길이방향으로 따라서 형성된 궤도면을 갖는 궤도레일과, 상기 궤도면에 상대면하는 부하 전주면과, 이 부하 전주면의 양단을 무단에 접속하는 무부하 순환로를 갖는 무한 궤도를 구비한 베어링 본체와, 이 베어링 본체의 무한 궤도내를 순환하고, 이 부하 전주면과 궤도레일의 궤도면과의 사이에서 하중을 부하하는 다수의 보올로써된 베어링에 있어서, 상기 베어링 본체의 무한궤도를 구성하는 부하 전주면에 직선 부하역과 소정의 곡율을 갖는 곡선 부하역을 형성하고, 궤도레일측 궤도면의 직;선 영역에서는 상기 직선 부하역을 전주하는 보올에서 하중을 부하함과 동시에, 궤도레일측 궤도면의 곡선 영역에서는 상기 곡선 부하역을 전주하는 보올에서 하중을 부하함을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 베어링 본체를 구성하는 미끄럼대가, 수평부와 그 좌우 양측부로부터 수하하는 소매부를 갖고, 하측면에 요부를 갖는 단면이 대략 문형상으로 형성되고, 각 소매부의 내면측에 각각 1조의 부하 전주면을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 베어링 본채를 구성하는 미끄럼대가, 수평부와 그 좌우 양측부로부터 수하하는 소매부를 갖고 하면측에 요부를 갖는 단면이 대략 문형상으로 형성되고, 각 소매부의 내면측에 서로 인접하는 한쌍의 부하 전주면을 갖음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 베어링 본체를 구성하는 미끄럼대가, 서로 인접하는 한쌍의 부하 전주면을 갖는 단면이 대략 구형상의 미끄럼대 반쪽부와 이들 한쌍의 미끄럼대 반쪽부의 상면 사이에 가설되는 천판 부재에 의하여 구성도어 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 베어링 본채에는 적어도 그 개부폭이 보울의 직경보다 작은 부하 보올 홈이 형성되고, 이 부하 보올 홈내에 부하 전주면이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 부하 보올이 홈이 절삭 가공 및 연삭 가공에 의하여 베어링 본체에 일체로 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 부하 보올 홈이 베어링 본체에 형성된 홈조부와 이 베어링 본체에 장착된 홈 형성 부재에 의하여 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  8. 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 인접하는 한쌍의 부하 전주면이 서로 수속하는 방향으로 면하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
  9. 제3항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 서로 인접하는 한쌍의 부하 전주면이 서로 확개하는 방향으로 면하고 있음을 특징으로 하는 직선 및 곡선 겸용 베어링.
