Claims (2)

  1. 수평방향으로 돌출하는 좌우 돌제(突堤)의 상하 경사면부에 부하로울리용 전주면을 형성한 길이방향으로 뻗는 궤도대와 상기 궤도대를 걸치도록 배치되는 장척 블록체로서, 대응하는 스커어트부의 내면에 길이 방향의 V각홈을 구비한 가동테이블과 상기 가동테이블의 각 V자홈에 축지(軸止)되는 단면이 대략 정방향의 장척 블록체로서 블록체의 각 내측 경사면부 중앙에 돌설시킨 가이드돌제의 1측면을 상기 궤도대의 부하로울러용 전주면과 대응하는 부하로울러용 전주면으로 하고 또한 가이드돌제의 타측면을 무부하로울러 전주면으로 한 좌우 1쌍의 베어링본체와 상기 베어링본체의 부하로울러용 전주면과 무부하로울러용 전주면에 따라서 순환하여 이 부하로울러용 전주면을 접동할때에 궤도대측의 부하로울러 전주면과 맞닿는 나무통형로울러와 베어링본체의 내측경사면부와 대면하여 그 간극내에서 로울러를 순환이동 가능하게 안내하는 상기 가이드돌제에 부착된 로울러 간직기로 이루어지고 궤도대의 좌우돌제간의 중앙을 지나는 수평축선에 대하여 거의 45°의 접촉각으로부하 로울러를 궤도대측의 부하로울러 전주면에 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직선접동용 로울러베어링유닛.
  2. 수평방향으로 돌출하는 좌우돌제의 상하 경사면부에 부하로울러용 전주면을 형성한 길이방향으로 뻗는 궤도대와 상기 궤도대를 걸치도록 배치되는 장척 블록체로서, 대응하는 스커어트부의 내면에 길이방향의 V자홈을 구비한 자동테이블과 상기 자동테이블의 각 V자홈에 축지되는 단면이 대략 정방형의 장척블록체로서, 블록체의 각 내측 경사면부 중앙에 돌설시킨 가이드돌제의 1측면을 상기 궤도대의 부하로울러용 전주면과 대응하는 부하로울러용 전주면으로 하고 또한 가이드돌제의 타측면을 무부하로울러용 전주면으로한 좌우1쌍의 베어링본체와 상기 베어링본체의 부하로울러용 전주면과 무부하로울러용 전주면으로한 좌우 순환하여 이 부하로울러용 전주면을 전동할때에 궤도대측의 부하로울러 전주면과 맞닿는 원통로울러와 베어링본체의 내측경사면부와 대면하여 그의 간극내에서 로울러를 순환이동가능하게 안내하는 상기 가이드돌제에 부착된 로울러 간진기로 이루어지고 궤도대의 좌우돌제간의 중앙을 지나는 수평축선에 대하여 거의 45°의 접촉각으로 부하로울러를 궤도대측의 부하로울러 전주면에 접촉시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 직선접동용 로울러 베어링유닛.
