Claims (20)

  1. (a) 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 하나 이상의 기타의 플루오르화 모노머와의 플루오로엘라스토머 공중합체; (b) 경화촉진제로서, 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 이미늄 화합물;
    식중, R1은 아릴기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 탄소수 3 내지 8의 시클로알킬기, 시아노기,기(식중, R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하고, C1∼C10의 알킬기, C3∼C8의 시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기이다)및 할로겐 원자중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 치환된 아릴기이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬 또는 할로겐화알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 8의 시클로알킬 또는 할로겐화시클로알킬기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아르알킬기, 또는 아릴부의 수소원자 하나 이상이 C1∼C20알킬기, C3∼C8시클로알킬기, C1∼C20알콕시기, 페닐기, 시아노기,기(식중, R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하고, C1∼C20의 알킬기, C3∼C8의 시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기이다)및 할로겐원자에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 치환된 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아르알킬 부위를 갖는 치환된 아르알킬기이고, X는 할로겐, 히드록실, 술페이트, 티오술페이트, 니트레이트, 포르메이트, 아세테이트, 시아네이트, 티오티아네이트, 테트라페닐보레이트, 2-메르캅토벤조티아졸레이트, 또는 퍼크롤레이트 이온이다. (c) 가교제로서 폴리히드록실 화합물; 및 (d) 2가의 금속 히드록사이드, 2가의 금속옥사이드 또는 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 금속화합물;로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 치환 또는 비치환된 페닐기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 비치환된 페닐기인 플루오로 엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 탄소수 7 내지 20인 아르알킬기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, R2가 탄소수 1 내지 20인 사치환 알킬기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 비치환 또는 치환된 페닐기이고, R2가 비치환 또는 치환된 벤질기인 플루오로 엘라스토머 가황조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, R1이 비치환된 페닐기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, R2가 비치환된 벤질기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 비치환된 페닐기이고, R2가 비치환된 벤질기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, X가 염소 또는 브롬 이온인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 경화촉매로서 하기식(2)로 표시되는 술폰 화합물이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
    식중, R5와 R6는 동일 또는 상이하고, 탄소수 1 내지 20인 치환 또는 비치환 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 치환 또는 비치환 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 4 내지 12의 치환 또는 비치환 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 치환 또는 비치환 아르알킬기 및 치환 또는 비치환 페닐기이다.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, R5와 R6가 탄소수 1 내지 8의 치환 또는 비치환 알킬기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 이미늄 화합물이 비스(벤질디페닐포스핀)이미늄 클로라이드인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 술폰 화합물이 디메틸술폰인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리 히드록시 화합물이 비스페놀 AF 또는 히드로퀴논인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  16. (a) 비닐리덴 플루오라이드와 하나 이상의 기타의 플루오르화 모노머와의 플루오로엘라스토머 공중합체 100중량부; (b) 경화 촉진제로서, 하기 일반식(1)로 표시되는 이미늄 화합물 0.05 내지 2.0중량부;
    식중, R1은 아릴기 또는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알콕시기, 탄소수 3 내지 8의 시클로알킬기, 시아노기,기(식중 R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하고, C1∼C20의 알킬기, C3∼C8의 시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기이다)및 할로겐 원자중에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 치환된 아릴기이고, R2는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬 또는 할로겐화 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 8의 시클로알킬 또는 할로겐화 시클로알킬기 탄소수 7내지 20의 아르알킬기, 또는 아릴부의 수소원자 하나 이상이 C1∼C20알킬기, C3∼C8시클로알킬기, C1∼C20알콕시기, 페닐기, 시아노기,기(식중, R3및 R4는 동일 또는 상이하고, C1∼C20의 알킬기, C3∼C8의 시클로알킬기 또는 페닐기이다)및 할로겐원자에서 선택된 하나 이상의 치환기로 치환된 탄소수 7 내지 20의 아르알킬 부위를 갖는 치환된 아르알킬기이고, X는 할로겐, 히드록실, 술페이트, 티오술페이트, 니트레이트, 포르메이트, 아세테이트, 시아네이트, 티오시아네이트, 테트라페닐 보레이트, 2-메르캅토벤조티아졸레이트, 또는 퍼크롤레이트 이온이다. (c) 가교제로서 폴리 히드록실 화합물 0.1 내지 10중량부; 및 (d) 2가의 금속 히드록사이드, 2가의 금속옥사이드 또는 그의 혼합물로 부터 선택된 금속 화합물 1 내지 30중량부;로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, R1이 비치환된 페닐이고 R2는 벤질기인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 이미늄 화합물은 비스(벤질디페닐포스핀) 이미늄 클로라이드이고, 폴리히드록시 화합물은 비스페놀 AF 또는 히드로퀴논이고, 금속 화합물은 마그네슘, 아연, 칼슘 또는 납의 히드록사이드 또는 옥사이드인 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 경화 촉매로서 하기식(2)로 표시되는 술폰 화합물이 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 플루오로 엘라스토머 가황 조성물
    식중, R5와 R6는 동일 또는 상이하고, 탄소수 1 내지 20인 치환 또는 비치환 알킬기, 탄소수 3 내지 20의 치환 또는 비치환 시클로알킬기, 탄소수 4 내지 12의 치환 또는 비치환 시클로알케닐기, 탄소수 7 내지 20의 치환 또는 비치환 아르알킬기 및 치환 또는 비치환 페닐기이다.
  20. 제18항에 있어서, 0.05 내지 10중량부의 디메틸술폰을 함유하는 플루오로엘라스토머 가황 조성물.
