제1도는 실시예 8제제와 비교제 제2의 화합물 D의 방출속도를 비교해 놓은 그래프이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 미세하게 분할된 입자형태의 다환식 약물을 통상적으로 위장관에서 발견되는 pH에서 수성매체 및 상기 매체에 가용성인 결합제와 혼합해준 후, 상기 혼합물로부터 비이드를 형성하고, 상기 비이드를 건조시키는 것으로 구성된, 주위온도에서 물 또는 기타 수성매체 5000 중량부 당 약 1중량부 이하의 용해도를 갖고있는 고체다환식 약물의 용해도를 증신시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 중심(core)에 결합될 수 있도록 상기 혼합물로 중심입자를 코팅해줌으로써 비이드가 형성되는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 미세하게 분할된 약물입자의 상기 결합제 수용액중 현탁액을 상기한 입자 중심물질을 구성하는 논퍼렐에 피복해준 후 이렇게 형성된 피복된 비이드를 건조시키는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 미세하게 분할된 약물입자, 물 또는 기타 수성매체 및 결합제로 된 습윤혼합물을 제조한 후 혼합물을 압출하고 상기한 비이드를 생성시키기 위해 압출된 혼합물을 분쇄해줌으로써 비이드가 생성되는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 고체약물이 17α-프레그나-2,4-디엔-20-인오[2,3-d]-이속사졸-17-올인 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 고체 약물이 17β-하이드록시-17α-메틸안드로스타노 [3,2-c] 피라졸; 17β-하이드록시-17α-에리닐-4-안드로스테노 [3,2-c]-2'-(파라-플루오로페닐)피라졸; 4α,5α-에폭시-17β-하이드록시-4,17-디메틸-3-옥소안드로스탄-2α-카보니트릴 및 4α,5α-에폭시-17β-하이드록시-3-옥소안드로스탄-2α-카보닐니트릴로부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 비이드 단위제형 용량을 의액-용해성 물질내에 밀폐시키는 것이 포함된 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결합제가 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오즈, 하이드록시프로필메틸셀룰로오즈프탈레이트, 폴리비닐피롤라돈, 또는 그 혼합물로 구성되어 있는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 결합제가 수용성 다당류 또는 당시럽으로부터 유도된 당으로 구성되어 있는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 상기 약물의 수용해도가 물 10000중량부당 약 1부 이하인 방법.
  11. 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 통상적으로 위장관에서 발견되는 pH치가 1.5내지 7의 범위인 방법.
