Claims (12)
- 코크화되는 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 용매와 광물성 입자로 구성된 안정한 유탁액의 최소한 하나의 층을 투과성, 다공성, 광물 지지체상에 침착시키고, 수지를 다중축합처리한 뒤 코킹하여 각각의 광물입자간 및 지지체 사이의 기계적 결합을 완결시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 투과성, 다공성 및 광물성인 멤브레인 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 광물성 입자를 구성하는 물질이 세라믹 또는 탄소물질에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 입자가 작은 파이버 또는 트리카이트와 같은 과립형인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 유탁액이 인고브형이며 암모늄염과 같은 해교제가 첨가 되어진 폴리 비닐 알코홀 내에서 광물성 입자를 혼합한뒤 본 혼합물에 열 경화성 수지를 첨가하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 열경화성 수지가 함유된 용매내에서 광물입자상에 지지된 페인트의 매스터 페이스트로부터 유탁액을 산출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 다공성, 투과성 지지체가 열경화성 수지를 함유하는 용매내와 광물입자의 안정한 유탁액의 여러층으로 적층되며, 상기 수지를 다중축합 처리한뒤 각각의 층을 침착시키고 최종적으로 모든층의 다중 축합수지를 코킹시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 유탁액의 광물성 입자가 각각의 층사이에 지지체보다 점점 적어지는 상이한 입자 크기 분포를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 6 항 또는 제 7 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 유탁액의 광물성 입자가 각각의 층에 따라 상이한 물질로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 광물성 지지체가 탄소인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 지지체의 탄소가 다중입자 탄소와 탄소 섬유/탄소 매트릭스 조성물에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 8 항의 어느 한항에 있어서, 광물성 지지체가 세라믹물질인것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 상기한 특허청구의 범위중 어느 한항에 의하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광물성 멤브레인.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
