Claims (9)
- 분체 염화비닐계 수지 조성물이 표면에 고분자의 막 성분을 피복한 분체성형용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분체 염화비닐계 수지 조성물 100중량부에 대해, 고분자의 막 성분 0.1 내지 30중량부로 피복함을 특징으로하는 분체성형용 수지.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 고분자의 막 성분이 단층, 2층으로 이루어지고, 또한 셀룰로오즈 화합물, 염화비닐-아세트산비닐 공중합체 또는 아크릴계 수지로 이루어짐을 특징으로하는 분체성형용 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 분체 염화비닐계 수지 조성물의 표면에 고분자의 막 성분과 미분말을 피복함을 특징으로하는 분체성형용 수지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 미분말의 평균 입경이 0.001 내지 20μm인 염화비닐계 수지임을 특징으로하는 분체성형용 수지.
- 분체 염화비닐계 수지 조성물의 표면에 고분자의 막 성분과 매체로 이루어진 막용액(膜用液)으로 피복하고, 그후 매체를 제거함으로써 막을 형성하는 분체성형용 수지의 제조방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 막용액이 고분자의 막성분의 용매이든지 또는 분산액인 분체성형용 수지의 제조방법.
- 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 분체 염화비닐계 수지 조성물의 교반, 막용액의 분무, 막의 형성을 동일교반기 중에서 수행함을 특징으로하는 분체성형용 수지의 제조방법.
- 제3항 또는 제5항의 분체성형용 수지를 제8항의 방법에 의해 수행하는 분체성형을 수지의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
