Claims (8)

  1. 적색안료 부착형광체의 제조방법에 있어서, 적색 형광체 입자의 분산액, 적색안료입장의 분산액 및 유기 바인더 분산액을 준비하고 이들을 서로 혼합하여 충분히 교반하는 단계와, 얻어진 혼합물의 pH를 조절하는 단계와, 여기에 경화제를 첨가한 후 수세하고 건조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색형광체는 Y2O2S : Eu, Y2O3S : Eu 또는 YVO4: Eu형광체중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색 안료입자가 Fe2O3Pb2O3또는 (Cd, Se)S중의 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더가 젤라틴과 카제인 인것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 경화제가 포름 알데히드인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
  6. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 적색안료 입자의 첨가량이 적색형광체 100중량부를 기준하여 0.01 내지 2.0중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 유기바인더의 첨가량이 적색형광체 100중량부를 기준하여 0.01 내지 2중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착 형광체의 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 pH를 조절하고 난 후의 상기 혼합물의 pH가 6.8내지 7.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 적색안료부착형광체의 제조방법.
