Abstract

본 발명은 플라스틱 착색용이나 원착섬유 제조시에 사용되는 분산성이 우수한 카본블랙 마스터 배치의 제조방법에 대한 것으로, 펠릿 형태의 베이스 수지를 10내지 50㎛ 크기를 갖는 카본블랙와 혼련시켜 1차 카본블랙 마스터 배치를 제조하고, 상기 마스터 배치를 300㎛ 이하의 입자크기로 분쇄한 다음 상기 분쇄물에 파우더 또는 비드 타입의 카본블랙을 10 내지 30 중량% 추가로 혼합 및 혼련시켜서 제조한다.
본 발명에 따른 제조방법은 상온에서 베이스 수지를 그레뉼이나 파우더 형태로 분쇄시키게 되므로 카본블랙과의 혼합효과는 물론 분산성도 우수한 특징이 있다.

Claims (2)

  1. 카본블랙의 마스터 배치를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 펠릿 형태의 베이스 수지를 10 내지 50㎛ 크기를 갖는 카본블랙와 혼련시켜 1차 카본블랙 마스터 배치를 제조하는 단계와; 상기 마스터 배치를 300㎛이하의 입자크기로 분쇄하는 단계와; 상기 분쇄물에 파우더 또는 비드 타입의 카본블랙을 10 내지 30 중량% 추가로 혼합 및 혼련시켜 2차 카본블랙 마스터 배치를 제조하는 단계로 이루어지는 분산성이 우수한 고농도 카본블랙 마스터 배치의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 1차 마스터 배치에서 카본블랙의 함량은 30중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 분산성이 우수한 고농도 카본블랙 마스터 배치의 제조방법.
