붕산 슬러리의 캡슐화 방법

제1도는 시멘트에서 캡슐화된 2붕산용액들에 대한 시간대 침투 저항 대수의 그래프.
제2도는 침투저항과 본 발명에 의해서 제조된 시멘트의 경화지연제 함량간의 관계를 나타내는 그래프.

Claims (6)

  1. 물중에 붕산이 30-70% 용해되어있는 슬러리에 분산제 3.5-4.5%(상기 시멘트의 중량기준에 의한), 0.02-0.3ml 경화지연제/시멘트(g), 경화제 0.4%까지(상기 시멘트의 중량기준에 의한) 및 물 : 시멘트의 중량비가 0.4:0.6인 충분량의 시멘트를 가함을 특징으로 하여 상기 슬러리를 시멘트에서 캡슐화 하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 분산제가 나트탈렌-포름알데히드 축합생성물의 소듐설포네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 시멘트 경화지연제가 소듐 리그노설페이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 경화제가 소듐 씨트레이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항, 제2항, 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 시멘트가 포오틀랜드 시멘트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 붕산슬러리가 방사능 오염물질을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
