Claims (9)

  1. 하기 구조식(Ⅱ)의 치환아졸화합물을 하기 구조식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키는 것으로 구성된 하기 구조식(I)의 화합물의 제조방법.
    상기식들에서 Z 및 Z1은 동일 또는 상이한 것으로 산소, 유황, 또는 NR3이며; 단 Z과 Z1은 동시에 산소는 아니며, 또 Z 또는 Z1중 하나가 유황인 경우 나머지 하나는 NR3가 될 수 없으며; Y는 질소 또는 CH이며; R은 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 C2-Cl2알킬렌이며; Rl은 수소, C<SB1l-C4알킬, 벤질 또는 페닐이며; R2는 페닐, 펜옥시, 페닐설피닐, 페닐설포닐, 페닐아미노, 벤질이거나 또는 할로, Cl-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로, 시아노, 트리할로메틸 또는 모노-, 디-, 트리할로메톡시에 의해 치환된 페닐이거나; 또는 할로 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, 니트로, 시아노, 트리할로메틸 또는 모노-, 디-, 트리-할로메톡시에 의해 치환된 펜옥시이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Y가 질소이며, Z이 산소이며, Z1이 유황이며; R이 C2-C5직쇄 또는 분지쇄알킬렌이며 : R1이 수소, 메틸 또는 페닐이며; R2가 페닐, 페닐티오, 펜옥시이거나 또는 불소, 염소, 브롬, 메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디클로로메톡시에 의해 치환된 페닐이거나 또는 불소, 염소, 브롬,메틸, 메톡시, 트리플루오로메틸 또는 디클로로메톡시에 의해 치환된 펜옥시인 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, R이 C2알킬렌이며; R1이 수소이며; R2가 페닐, 펜옥시, 페닐티오 또는 브롬에 의해 치환된 페닐 또는 브롬에 의해 치환된 펜옥시인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기한 구조식(Ⅱ)의 화합물은 적어도 1몰을 상기한 아졸화합물(I) 1몰과 반응시키며, 상기 반응이 산촉매존재하에 일어나는 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 반응이 불활성탄화수소 용매중에서 수행되는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 생성물을 염화탄화수소 용매존재하에 산화제와 반응시켜 하기 구조식의 생성물을 얻는 것으로 구성된 방법.
    상기식에서 Y,R,R1및 R2는 상기한 바와 같으며 Z 및 Z1은 SO,SO2또는 상기한 의미중 하나이나 단 이때 Z과 Z1중 적어도 하나는 SO 또는 SO2이다.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 염화탄화수소용매가 클로로포름 및 디클로로메탄으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되며, 상기 산화제가 과산화물 및 과산화산으로 구성된 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 1당량 농도로 존재하는 m-클로로과산화 벤조산인 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 m-클로로과산화 벤조산의 농도가 적어도 2당량인 방법.
