Claims (4)

  1. a) 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 3-페닐-3-노르트로판올을 다음 일반식(Ⅲ)의 알킬화제와 반응시키거나
    b) X가또는 -S-인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, 다음 일반식(Ⅳ)의 8-아릴알킬-노르트로핀-3-온을 다음 일반식(Ⅴ)의 리튬페닐화합물과 반응시키거나
    c) X가F이고 R이 4위치의 불소인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해 다음 일반식(Ⅵ)의 8-아로일프로필-노르트로핀-3-온을 적어도 2몰의 4-플루오로페닐-리튬과 반응시키거나
    d) X가 CO인 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해, 다음 일반식(Ⅶ)의 8-아릴알킬-3-페닐-3-노르트로판올을 희산과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 8-아릴알킬-3-페닐-3-노르트로판올 및 이의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기 일반식에서
    Ar은
    R1수소, 불소, 브롬, 메틸 또는 메톡시이고
    X는
    -O-, S- 또는 -NH- 그룹이고,
    R은 수소, 4-플루오린, 4-클로린, 4-트리풀루오로메틸, 3-트리풀루오로메틸, 3-트리플루오로메틸-4-클로린, 4-메틸 또는 4-메톡시이고,
    Y는 할로겐 또는 알킬벤젠설포닐옥시이고,
    X´는, -0- 또는 -S- 이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응 a) 및 b)를 산결합체 존재하에 수행하는 방법.
  3. 제1 및 또는 2항에 있어서, 반응 a)를 50°내지 150℃에서 수행하고 반응 b) 및 c)를 -40°내지 -15℃에서 수행하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 하나에 있어서, 반응을 불활성용매에서 수행하는 방법.
