Claims (6)
- 모재보다 낮은 융점의 피복재로 피복된 피접합재를 겹치고, 상기 피접합재에 레이저비임을 조사하여 용접을 하는 레이저용접방법에 있어서, 상기 피접합재의 상호간에 소정의 간극을 설치하여, 상기 레이저 비임의 조사에 의해 가스화한 상기 피복재의 배출로를 구성하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저용접방법.
- 피복재는 용접열로 가스화하는 도료임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 레이저용접방법.
- 피복재는 용접열로 가스화하는 기름임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1기재의 레이저용접방법.
- 피접합재간의 간극은 0.1mm~0.5mm임을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 1~3의 어딘가에 기재한 레이저용접방법.
- 제1의 피접합재가 재치되는 테이블과, 이 테이블과 대향해서 배치되어 상기 제1의 피접합재에 재치가능한 소정의 두께를 갖는 스페이서와, 이 스페이서를 상기 테이블에 접근시키거나 또는 이반(離反)시키는 제1의 구동기와, 상기 스페이서를 통해서 상기 제1의 피접합재와 대향해서 상기 스페이서에 재치되는 제2의 피접합재를 압압 가능한 클램퍼와, 이 클램퍼를 상기 제2의 피접합체를 통해서 상기 스페이서에 압압하는 제2의 구동기와, 상기 양 피접재의 겹침부를 용접하는 레이저비임을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 레이저용접장치.
