Claims (11)
- 실질적으로 상호불용성의 비교적 고융점을 가진 제1금속에 의하여 형성된 제1부재와 비교적 저융점을 가진 제2금속에 의하여 형성된 제2부재와를 야금학적으로 접합함에 있어서 상기 부재의 한 표면부분에 제3금속물질을 침전시키는 단계와 상기 표면부분에다 바로 근접된 상기 부재의 다른 표면부분을 배치하는 단계와 상기 제1금속을 가열하며 상기 개소내의 상기 제2금속 및 상기 제3금속물질을 용융하기 위하여 상기 표면부분의 개소를 국부적으로 가열하는 단계와 상기 제2금속 내에 상기 제3금속물질을 침전시키는 단계와 상기 제1부재의 인접표면에 고착되어 있는 한 층으로서 상기 제3금속물질을 침전시키기 위하여 용융액을 냉각시키는 단계와 상기 은박층에 고착되는 상기 용융액의 나머지 부분을 냉각시키며 재응고시키는 단계와로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 알루미늄 및 알루미늄합금류 또는 내화금속류에 대한 합금철류의 용접방법.
- 상기 제1금속은 합금철로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 용접방법.
- 상기 제2금속은 알루미늄합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제2항 기재의 용접방법.
- 상기 제3금속물질은 은 또는 은합금으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제3항기재의 용접방법.
- 상기 표면부분의 상기 개소를 국부적으로 가열하는 단계는 상기 개소에 가속입자비임을 투사하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제1항 기재의 용접방법.
- 상기 비임에너지의 약 ⅓이 상기개소에 바로 인접한 상기 제1부재의 부분에 투사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제5항 기재의 용접방법.
- 상기 비임의 나머지 부분이 상기 제3금속물질과 상기 개소에 바로 인접된 상기 제2부재의 부분에 투사되는 것을 특징으로 하는 특허청구의 범위 제6항 기재의 용접방법.
