Claims (1)

  1. 용접 스패터 피폭부재의 적어도 용접 스패터에 피폭되는 부분의 표면에, 직접 또는 밑바탕 도금막을 개재하여, 불소함유 화합물의 입자가 분산된 복합도금액을 사용한 복합도금을 실시하고, 상기 불소함유화합물의 입자가 균일하게 공석분산된 복합도금막을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접 스패터 피폭부재의 표면처리 방법.
