Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a composite body with corrosion resistance by laying a corrosion resistance substance on the surface of a substance inferior to the former substance in corrosion resistance and joining both the substances with laser beams. CONSTITUTION:Layer 2 of a gel mixture of fine powder of a substance such as ''Hastelloy '' or hard metal with high corrosion resistance and an org. binder is formed on substance 1 such as iron, aluminum and brass with inferior corrosion resistance. By irradiating laser beams at this state, the corrosion resistant substance is melted and stuck to substance 1 with inferior corrosion resistance to obtain a composite body with corrosion resistance.
