Claims (7)

  1. 캠회전자 구동메카니즘을 갖춘 압축기를 포함하고 있으며, 캠회전자 구동메카니즘은 회전연결된 경사표면을 갖는 캠회전자를 구성하여 압축기의 크랭크 실압력변화에 따라 경사각을 변화시킬 수 있음으로서 피스톤의 행정길이를 제어하고, 압축기의 크랭크실압력은 압축기의 크랭크실과 흡입실의 유통에 의해 제어되며, 크랭크실과 흡입실간의 유통은 전자기밸브수단에 의해 제어되는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치에 있어서, 구동회로로부터의 신호에 의해 전자기밸브수단이 단속적으로 작동되며, 구동회로에 대한 제어신호는 외부분위기에 따라 가변펄스 신호를 출력하는 펄스발진회로에 의해 발생되는 것을 특징으로하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 펄스신호의 DR이 변화될 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 델타파발생장치와 비교기를 구성하고 있음으로서 델타파발생장치로 부터의 신호와 바람직한 용량신호의 전위를 비교하여 바람직한 용량신호에 따라 임의 펄스폭을 갖는 펄스신호가 출력되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 바람직한 용량신호의 전위가 냉각요구량의 감지신호에 의해 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 바람직한 용량신호의 전위가 엔진부하 요구량의 감지신호에 의해서도 제어되는 것을 특징으로하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  6. 압축기내부에 설치된 전자기밸브 수단이 크랭크실과 흡입실간의 유통을 제어하여 피스톤행정을 변화시켜주며, 전자기밸브 수단에 대한 구동회로가 작동신호를 출력하여 펄스신호 발생회로로 부터의 신호에 따라 전자기밸브수단을 작동시키고, 요구되는 용량 정보로서의 전위와 델타파가 서로 협동작용한결과 펄스신호 발생회로가 출력신호를 출력시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매압축기의 용량제어 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 냉각필요량에 따라 전위가 변화하여 펄스신호 발생회로의 출력신호를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉매 압축기의 용량제어 장치.
