Claims (19)
- 흡광성 물질이 가시부 스펙트럼 및(또는) 적외부 스펙트럼 대역내에서 약 0.046이상의 흡광계수를 갖는 막-형성 중합체 염료의 한결같이 평활하고 균일한 박층임을 특징으로 하는, 칫수 안정성 기판에 의해 지지되는 흡광성 층으로 구성되는 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체 염료가 방향족 디아민과 지방족 디카르보닐의 반응 생성물(a), 방향족 디아민과 2산 지방족 염화물의 반응 생성물(b), 및 디페놀과 히드로카르빌 2산 지방족 염화물 또는 히드로카르빌 2차 방향족 염화물의 반응 생성물로 구성되는 그룹중에서 선택되는 축합 공중합체인 광기록 소자.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 방향족 디아민 또는 디페놀 반응물이 발색단인 광기록 소자.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 중합체 염료가 방향족 폴리아민과 말톤알데히드의 축합 중합체인 광기록 소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 방향족 디아민이 티오닌인 광기록 소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 방향족 디아민이 N,N,N′,N′-테트라키스-(p-아미노페닐)-p-페닐렌디아민인 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체 염료가 1종 이상의 애틸렌계 불포화 단량체의 유리 라디칼 개시제 중합에 의해 제조되는 중합체인 광기록 소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 1종 이상의 에틸렌계 불포화 단량체가 발색단인 광기록 소자.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 중합체 염료가 현수 작용기를 갖는 공중합체와 상호 반응성 발색단 물질의 후중합반응에 의해 제조되는 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 2층 배열을 갖는 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 3층 배열을 갖는 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡광층과 기판으로 구성되는 광기록 소자를 목적하는 용도 및 저장 조건하에서 충분히 사용할 수 있는 칫수 안정성을 갖도록 흡광층과 기판이 기입 레이저 비임의 깊이보다 큰 두께를 갖는 중합체 염료의 두꺼운 단일층으로 구성되는 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡광층의 반사율이 가시부 및(또는) 적외부 스펙트럼 대역내에서 5%이상인 광기록 소자.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 흡광층의 반사율이 가시부 및(또는) 적외부 스펙트럼 대역내에서 10내지 18%이상인 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 흡광 물질내에 추가 착색제를 분산시킨 광기록 소자.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 추가 착색제가 중합체 염료중에 용해시킨 염료인 광기록 소자.
- 제 15항에 있어서, 추가 착색제가 투명한 고형물인 광기록 소자.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 중합체 염료의 흡수율을 증가시켜 주기 위하여 흡광층 표면을 산화제로 처리한 광기록 소자.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 산화제가 AgAsF6인 광기록 소자.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
