제1도는 본 발명의 촉매 시스템을 사용할수 있는 유동층 반응기(fluid bed reactor) 시스템을 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (9)
- α-올레핀을 크롬-티타늄 함유 촉매의 존재하에 중합시켜 팽윤성 공중합체를 제조하는 α-올레핀의 유동층 중합방법에 있어서, 크롬이 6가 상태이고 촉매의 크롬 함량이 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.15 내지 약 0.40중량%인 크롬-티타늄 함유 촉매의 존재하에 중합을 수행함을 포함하여 팽윤성이 저하된 공중합체를 수득함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 속의 크롬 농도가 촉매의 중량을 기준으로 하여 약 0.21 내지 약 0.30중량%인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 다량 몰%(>85%)의 에틸렌과 소량 몰%(>15%)의 하나 이상의 C0-C6α-올레핀과의 공중합체를 생성하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 에틸렌 또는 프로필렌, 부텐-1 또는 펜텐-1, 헥센-1 또는 이의 혼합물인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 공중합체의 밀도가 약 0.940 내지 약 0.960인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌 분압이 약 125 내지 약 300psi의 범위 이내로 조절되는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 에틸렌 분압이 약 150 내지 약 250psi의 범위 이내로 조절되는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합을 약 30 내지 약 114℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합을 약 110 내지 약 112℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
