제2도는 주도관에서 분리시키는 튜브를 연결하는 본 발명의 예시도.
제3도는 본 발명 방법을 실현하는 용접제어 회로도.

Claims (12)

  1. 2개의 튜브(tube)들을 조립되게 하는 전기용접되는 유니온(union)의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법에 있어서, 용접되는 재료의 특성의 변화를 이용하여 용접이 완료되었을때 상기 특성의 값이 용접전류의 차단을 명령하도록 감지기에 의해 전달되는 정보로서 이용되는 방식으로 구성된 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감지된 특성이 체적의 변화이며, 유니온의 벽에 뚫린 구멍에서의 재료의 팽창은 구멍입구에 위치한 마이크로 스위치를 작용시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감지된 특성은 온도변화이며, 반응용 영역의 열파(heeat wave)는 유니온의 벽에 뚫린 구멍내측에 제공된 열 감지기에 의해 감지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서,감지되는 특성은 재료의 강도 또는 농도의 변화이며, 반응융상 재료속으로 포인트(point)의 변화이며, 침투정도를 이용하며, 정보로서 용접장치에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접되는 유니온의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 감지된 특성은 온도 변화이며, 반응융상 영역의 열이 유니온속의 전기 코일이 녹는 것을 방지하도록 이용되는 것을 특징으로하는 전기 용접되는 유니온의 용접시간을 제어하는 방법.
  6. 코일옆의 유니온 벽에 측방으로 구멍이 뚫린 형태의 2개의 튜브들을 조립되게 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접시간 제어장치에 있어서, 감지기가 반응융상 영역의 재료의 특성변화를 감지하도록 구멍입구 또는 구멍속에 위치하며, 감지기로부터 나오는 정보는, 용접장치로의 전류의 차단을 결정하는 정보에 해당하는, 용접을 성취하는데 따른 상기 재료특성의 값을 결정하며 용접장치로 전달되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 감지요소는 용융상 재료에 의해 작용되도록 상기 구멍의 입구에 위치한 마이크로스 위치이며, 이용되는 재료특성은 재료의 체적인것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어 장치.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 감지요소는 구멍속에 위치한 열감지기이며, 이용되는 재료특성은 재료의 온도인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어장치.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 감지요소는 구멍속의 재료에 침투한 포인트이며, 이용되는 재료특성은 재료의 농도 또는 강도인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 용접되는 유니온의 용접제어장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 감지요소는 유니온 자체의 전기 코일이며, 용접영역에 위치한 코일부분은 유니온 재료의 용융점보다 낮거나 같은 용융점을 갖는 금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어장치.
  11. 제6항에 있어서, 코일은 릴레이(relay)가 장치된 주회로에 의해 전력이 공급되며, 상기 릴레이는 수동으로 시동되며 용접과정 끝에 나타나는 재료의 특성을 갖지하는 감지기에 의해 조작되는 마이크로 스위치에 의해 전류가 차단되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 마이크로 스위치는 용접과정중에 팽창하는 용융재료의 압력에 의해 조작되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기용접되는 유니온의 용접제어장치.
