Claims (9)

  1. 스필널상 결정구조를 갖고 있고 평균 입경이 0.1μm이하인 일반식(II)으로 표시되는 입자와 Ba 이온을 함유하는 수성 고 알칼리 현탁액을 Ba대 총 금속량의 원자비가 1 : 8 내지 1 : 10의 범위에 들도록 하여 250 내지 330℃ 범위의 온도에서 오오토클레이브 처리하는 것으로 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)으로 표시되는 자기 기록용 판상 바륨 페리이트 입자의 제조방법.
    BaFe12-x-yMxTiyO19(Ⅰ)
    Fe12-x-yMxTiyO16(Ⅱ)
    상기 식에서 x 및 y는 각각 0.3 내지 1.2이고, M는 Co, Ni, Zn, Mn 중에서 선택되는 2가 금속이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, Fe(II)의 원은 수산화 제1철, 염화 제1철, 질산 제1철 또는 황산 제1철인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, Ba이온의 원은 수산화 바륨, 산화 바륨, 질산 바륨 또는 염화 바륨인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Co(II)의 원은 질산 코발트, 염화 코발트 또는 황산 코발트인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, Ti(IV)의 원은 염화 티탄, 티탄산 알칼리 또는 황산 티탄인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, Ni(II)의 원은 염화니켈, 질산니켈 또는 황산니켈인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, Zn(II)은 질산아연, 염화아연 또는 황산 아연인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, Mn(II)은 질산망간, 염화망간 또는 황산 망간인 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, x는 y와 같은 것을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
