Claims (8)
- (a) MgO의 순도가 97중량%이상이고, (b) CaO의 함유율이 2중량%이하이며, (c) MgO, CaO이외의 불순물의 함유율이 3중량%이하로서, (d) 밀도, 곁보기 기공율이 각각 3.35(g/cc)이상 및 3.0(용량%)이하로서, (e) 마그네시아의 평균 결정지름이 100μ이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커.
- 제1항에 있어서, 마그네시아의 결정이 100 내지 200μ 결정입자가 전체의 결정입자수의 50%이상을 점하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커.
- 수산화마그네슘, 혹은 경소마그네시아에 대하여 둥근부분이 있고, 또 20μ이상의 결정지름을 갖는 마그네시아 가루를, MgO로 환산하여, 0.2 내지 20.0중량% 배합한 후 소성하고, (a) MgO의 순도가 97중량%이상이고, (b) CaO의 함유율이 2중량%이하이며, (c) MgO, CaO이외의 불순물의 함유율이 3중량%이하로서, (d) 밀도, 곁보기 기공율이 각각 3.35(g/cc)이상 및 3.0(용량%)이하로서, (e) 마그네시아의 평균 결정지름이 100μ이상인 마그네시아 소결체로 함을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법
- 제3항에 있어서, 마그네시아의 결정이 100 내지 200μ 범위의 결정입자가 전체의 결정입자수의 50%이상을 점하는 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배합용 마그네시아 가루의 형상이, 거의 구상인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배합용 마그네시아 가루의 결정지름이 44 내지 149μ인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배합용 마그네시아 가루의 단결정 혹은 5개이하로 된 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 배합용 마그네시아 가루의 배합량이 2.0 내지 5.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 해수마그네시아 클린커의 제조방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
