Abstract

본 발명은 a) 순도가 99. 5%이상이고 평균 1차 결정 크기가 1내지 4㎛이고 평균 단편크기가 2내지 7㎛인 산화알루미늄을 분쇄하고, b) 산화마그네슘, 산화규소 및 산화칼슘의 공급원을 각 경우에 Al2O3의 양에 대해, 산화마그네슘 함량이 0. 2 내지 2. 5%이고 산화규소 함량이 1내지 6%이고 산화칼슘 함량이 0. 1내지 2. 5%가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가하고. c) 미가공 압축분을 조형하고, d) 소결시킴으로써 수득되고, 인터결정질(intercrystalline) 균열의 비율이 50%이상이고 평균 공극 반경이 4㎛이상이고 공극율이 2%이상인, 산화알루미늄을 포함하는 세라믹성형품에 관한 것이다.

Claims (7)

  1. a) 순도가 99. 5%이상이고 평균 1차 결정 크기가 1내지 4㎛이고 평균 단편 크기가 2내지 7㎛인 산화알루미늄의 분쇄하고, b) 산화마그네슘, 산화규소 및 산화칼슘의 공급원을 각 경우에 Al2O3의 양에 대해, 산화마그네슘 함량이 0. 2 내지 2. 5%이고 산화규소 함량이 1내지 6%이고 산화칼습 함량이 0. 1내지 2. 5%가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가하고, c) 미가공 압축분올 조형하고, d) 소결시킴으로써 수득되고, 인터결정질(intercrystalline) 균열의 비율이 5O%이상이고 평균 공극 반경이 4㎛이상이고. 공극율이 2%이상인, 산화알루미늄을 포함하는 세라믹 성형품.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 산화마그네슘, 산화규소 및 산화칼슘의 공급원이 각 경우에 Al2O3에 대해 산화 마그네슘 향량이 0. 4내지 1%이고 산화규소 함량이 2내지 4%이고 산화칼슘 함량이 0. 8내지 2%가 되도록 하는 양으로 첨가된 세라믹 성형품.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제조를 위해 사용되는 산화마그네슘 공급원이 활석, 산화마그네슘, 탄산마그네슘 또는 염기성 탄산마그네슘인 세라믹 성형품.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 제조를 위해 사용되는 산화칼슘공급원이 규회석, 백운석 또는 탄산 칼슘인 세라믹 성형품.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 노치가 미가공 압축분을 조형하는 경우 만들어지는 세라믹 성형품.
  6. 금속과세라믹 사이의 인장강도가40MPa 이상인 금속화된 기재를 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 세라믹 성형품의 용도.
  7. 금속과 세라믹 사이의 인장 강도가 50MPa 이상인 금속화된 기재를 제조하기 위한 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 세라믹 성형품의 용도.
